Today in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai written update, Krish notes that Armaan has expressed his love for Abhira, and now he is asking him to dance for her. The two of them, along with the poddars, dance to a mehendi song. While this is happening, Manish recalls memories of Kartik, Naira, Abhimanyu, and Akshara. However, Ruhi becomes upset upon seeing Manish supporting Abhira and decides to look for her report. Believing that Abhira’s happiness will not last long, Ruhi refrains from informing her about her health condition.
Instead, she resolves to tell Kaveri the truth and urges Armaan to speak with her privately. This worries Abhira as she wonders where they are headed. Armaan inquires about the topic Ruhi wishes to discuss. He expresses concern for Abhira. Meanwhile, a vendor approaches him to sell a toy, sparking excitement in Armaan. However, Ruhi urges him to refrain from buying any toys. In the meantime, Abhira questions Krish, Charu, and Kiara about Armaan’s whereabouts and is informed that he left his phone behind. This realization causes Abhira to feel restless. Upon learning that Armaan and Ruhi went to the Shiv temple, Krish suggests they go see him.
However, Charu advises against it on Mehendi day. Krish encourages Charu to remain positive while Kiara reminds Abhira not to get upset with Armaan. Despite feeling frustrated with him, Abhira makes an effort to understand Armaan’s actions and chooses not to believe Ruhi’s words blindly. Vidya discovers that Abhira’s report has gone missing. Manish urges her not to fret over it. Armaan asks Ruhi to explain why she brought him out. Upon hearing the news from Ruhi that Abhira is unable to conceive, Armaan’s desire to become a father is shattered.
Initially doubtful of Ruhi’s words, he suspects her of tampering with the report. To alleviate his doubts, Armaan verifies with the doctor, and Ruhi successfully convinces him that Abhira’s report is genuine. Armaan decides to keep the truth from Abhira, while Manisha learns that the two of them are not home. Vidya and Krish, Charu, Kiara, and Aryan all search for Armaan and Abhira.
Moreover, Ruhi tries to persuade Armaan against Abhira while also asking him to conceal the truth. Despite Abhira’s insistence on knowing the truth, Armaan implores her to have faith in him and wait until the right moment. As a result, Abhira ultimately decides to bide her time. Kaveri happens to see Armaan and Abhira together, prompting Armaan to fabricate a story about visiting her. At the same time, Manisha asks Abhira to finish her mehendi while Vidya questions Armaan about seeing Abhira’s reports, leaving him shocked.
