Meanwhile, Mehar is worried about Ranbir’s safety and is determined to stop him from risking his life for his dreams. Biji tries to comfort her, and her husband reassures Mehar that Ranbir will be safe. Mehar pleads with her husband Harman to contact the airline for news about Ranbir, but he scolds her. Ranbir’s uncle reminds the family of the importance of their hotel inauguration, and Biji encourages Mehar to have faith in God.Ranbir safely lands the plane, and the passengers applaud him. A child offers Ranbir a toy, but he kindly tells the child to keep it and gives him a chocolate instead. One woman thanks Ranbir, but he humbly responds that he is just doing his duty.
Back at the Bajwa mansion, the family prepares to leave for the hotel inauguration. However, a woman named Diljot, who overheard their earlier conversation, threatens to destroy their lives just as they ruined hers. Biji tries to calm her, but Diljot refuses. Mehar intervenes and manages to soothe Diljot, who praises Mehar for her kindness but blames the Bajwa men for ruining her life. Furious, the men send Diljot back to her room, and the family leaves for the inauguration.
Elsewhere, Meghla sings a classical song with her Guru Ji. Diljot, who is alone in her room, recalls singing with a man who turns out to be Meghla’s Guru Ji. The Guru Ji also remembers his past with Diljot and gets emotional. After the performance, he praises Meghla, and she expresses a desire to talk to him. He agrees to listen.
At the hotel, Mehar asks Harman about Ranbir, but he tells her that Ranbir hasn’t answered his calls, leaving her upset. Meghla’s Guru Ji allows her a break for a few days and advises her on the importance of finding her own voice, emphasizing the sacrifices that come with it.
In the hotel, Mehar overhears her husband and his brother discussing starting the inauguration without Ranbir, as the minister is short on time. Mehar calls Ranbir, who promises to arrive on time. She convinces the men to wait a little longer. As Ranbir heads to the hotel, he spots Meghla at a traffic light.
