YRKKH 18th September 2024 Written Update High Drama. Today in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai written update, Swarna is taken aback by the presence of Abhira in the house and immediately questions Manish about it. Manish, in turn, asks Surekha to take Abhira to a room. Swarna continues to express her concern about Abhira to Manish, but he reminds her that Abhira is currently going through a difficult time and should not be questioned. Meanwhile, Ruhi also becomes upset with Manish for bringing Abhira to the Goenka house. She believes that if they had not interfered, Armaan and Abhira’s wedding would have been called off.
However, she decides to support Armaan so that he can move on from Abhira. Abhira herself misses Akshara dearly and becomes emotional at the thought that she may never be able to become a mother. She reaches out to Akshara and asks her to come back. As for Manish, he feels sorry for what Abhira is going through. Armaan also remembers how difficult it must be for Abhira since she cannot bear children and decides to call her as a gesture of support. Manish reassures Akshara that he will not abandon Abhira, expressing regret for his past actions of throwing Akshara out of the house.
He feels guilty and decides to stay by Abhira’s side, determined to ease her pain. Kiara asks Kaveri if she or Charu have ever experienced something similar to Abhira, stating that she would have made the same choice in their situation. Aryan and Krish appeal to Kaveri to empathize with Abhira. Kaveri expresses remorse for her harsh treatment towards Abhira. Kiara notes that a girl has other priorities, while Kaveri argues that no household would support a girl with a disability.
Madhav agrees with Kaveri’s perspective, prompting Manisha to question his loyalty. Madhav defends himself by claiming he knows the Poddar family well, and it would be best if Abhira refuses to marry Armaan; otherwise, she may face constant taunts from the Poddars. Sanjay and Manisha also engage in an argument over the matter. Vidya expresses sympathy towards Abhira, but cannot overlook the pain that Armaan is going through. Kaveri advises Armaan to decide between Vidya and Abhira. She reminds him to consider whether Abhira can truly bring him happiness before deciding.
Abhira brings up the topic of their wedding with Armaan. However, when Armaan informs the Poddars that Abhira has declined his proposal, he questions Kaveri and Vidya’s satisfaction with Abhira’s choice. This angers Kaveri as she feels wrongly accused by Armaan. On the other hand, Manisha defends Abhira and tries to comfort her while Vidya remains adamant on separating Armaan and Abhira. Ruhi, however, is pleased to hear that Abhira has rejected Armaan’s proposal.
