Aditya asks the nurse to take care of Jhanak. The nurse assures him that they will do everything in their power to save her life. They also inquire about Anirudh, but Aditya firmly stops them from giving any thought to the careless man. Much to everyone’s surprise, Anirudh suddenly appears out of nowhere and pleads with the nurse to let him enter the operation theatre just once so he can place an auspicious flower on Jhanak’s head. As the operation is yet to begin, Jhanak is brought out of the theatre at the same time. Seeing her, Anirudh rushes over and desperately wants to touch her for a moment.
Despite Aditya and the nurses’ efforts to keep him away from the patient, Anirudh disregards their warnings and gently touches her with a blessed flower. He expresses his love for her repeatedly and promises to take care of her. This declaration deeply unsettles Aditya, who immediately orders the nurses to remove Jhanak from Anirudh’s presence or else he will continue his display of affection. A heated exchange ensues between Anirudh and Aditya over Jhanak’s condition. Suddenly, they are informed that she is responding remarkably well, a rare occurrence.
In a moment of clarity, Jhanak also confesses her love for Anirudh. Appu is filled with anger towards her husband, Lalon, for not coming home yet. She cannot even bring herself to eat without him. Her worry and love for Lalon amazes Anuradha, who urges Appu to eat so she won’t go hungry until the evening. Kajal also notices Appu’s affectionate gaze towards her husband, which moves her emotionally. Appu asks Kajal to sit with her for a while, but Kajal declines and decides to leave before Lalon’s arrival.
However, she does make friends with Kajal during their brief interaction. Just then, Lalon shows up and apologizes for being late. He promises not to delay his return home from work again. When he gives Appu two pieces of chocolate, she is overjoyed. As a result of Kajal’s departure, there is no one left in the house except for Appu and Lalon.
Arshi has made up her mind to leave the Bose house. Despite Bipasha’s attempts to persuade her, Arshi is adamant that she was not treated fairly by Anirudh. Each member of the family has, in turn, tried to sway Arshi’s decision, but she openly declares that she will seek revenge against Anirudh.
