Anupama asserts that Meenu and Sagar were wrong to conceal their relationship and she would have taken a stand if they had been honest with her earlier.
She assigns the blame to Meenu and Sagar for their actions. Upon hearing this, Anuj asks if Anupama is upset because Meenu and Sagar are in love without her approval, leaving her speechless. Dolly arranges for Meenu to marry someone else. Leela cautions Meenu against entertaining thoughts of Sagar. Anuj informs Anupama that Meenu and Sagar represent the new generation and have the freedom to choose their significant other. He asserts that, despite their societal standing, Meenu and Sagar share a genuine love and should not abandon it. Taking Meenu and Sagar’s side, Anuj implores Anupama to comprehend their bond and offer them her backing.
Sagar is concerned about the possibility of Anupama cutting off contact with him, but Bala tries to comfort him. Paritosh and Pakhi fuel Sagar’s worries.
