Bhagya Lakshmi 30th September 2024 Written Update. Today in Bhagya Lakshmi written update, Harleen inquires if Lakshmi is concealing something. Lakshmi refutes this, questioning why Harleen thinks so. Harleen suggests that she noticed it in Lakshmi’s expression. Parvati joins them and asks Lakshmi why she is present, mentioning that she should be with Rohan. Lakshmi clarifies that she planned to surprise Rohan by making his favorite food when he wakes up. Parvati commends her for being a great mother and for the thoughtful idea.
The doctor informs Neelam and the others that Rohan is experiencing internal bleeding and needs immediate hospitalization. This news causes concern among the Oberoi family members. Neelam instructs Ayush to take Rohan to the hospital without delay. Malishka informs Rishi of Rohan’s illness and their departure from the hospital. During their exit, she voices her frustration about Lakshmi causing harm to Rohan and places the blame on her. In response, Rishi reminds Malishka to prioritize Rohan’s well-being instead of focusing on Lakshmi. As Rishi departs, Malishka scolds herself for always speaking at inopportune moments.
Parvati then updates Lakshmi on Rohan’s health and hospitalization. The Oberoi family brings Rohan to the hospital and accuses Lakshmi of his injury. Neelam cautions everyone against mentioning Lakshmi’s name, labeling her as a curse. Rishi challenges Neelam’s words and defends Lakshmi, stating that she would never intentionally harm Rohan. Malishka interjects, questioning Rishi about the ash on Rohan’s shirt. Rishi dismisses Malishka’s insinuations and urges her not to always turn things into a conspiracy involving Lakshmi, clarifying that it was simply an accident.
The Oberoi family debates with Rishi, but Harleen intervenes and asks them to stop. Ayush then accompanies Rishi out of the room. The nurse later inquires about Rohan’s parents from the Oberoi family, prompting them to ask why. She informs them that Rohan needs a transfusion due to his lost blood and requires O+ blood. The family clarifies that both Rishi and Malishka do not have this blood type. Perplexed, the nurse is then told by Neelam that Rohan is adopted. This revelation surprises Lakshmi. Parvati asks for an explanation of adoption, to which Lakshmi responds by saying it means having two sets of parents. Parvati remarks that she can also relate as she has two mothers: Lakshmi and Malishka.
Adding on, Lakshmi mentions that Rohan will now have a total of three mothers. Ayush inquires about Rishi’s plans, and he expresses his desire to alter the family’s perception of Lakshmi and put an end to any negative talk about her. Ayush suggests avoiding mentioning Lakshmi in discussions, as it often results in disputes and does not bring any benefit. However, their worries shift when they find out that Rohan urgently needs blood. Lakshmi talks to the nurse and offers her O+ blood for Rohan. The nurse then asks if Lakshmi is Rohan’s mother, to which she responds by stating that she plays a maternal role in his life.
