KMTMG 1st October 2024 Written Update. In Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye written update today, As Virat and Amruta enter the hospital, the medical staff requests Vendy’s permission to treat her. After Vendy gives her consent, she notices that the bandage is not sanitized, causing her to refuse it. Acting quickly, Amruta takes charge and asks for the bandage. Reassuring Vendy of its cleanliness, she applies it to her arm. Upon seeing Virat, Vendy assumes he is Amruta’s superior and begins discussing her husband with Amruta. Despite attempting to clarify that Virat is indeed her spouse, Vendy continues speaking ill of him until Amruta finally asks if they can leave.
Requesting that Virat bring her belongings, Vendy agrees and he obliges. Meanwhile, Rajiv informs Priyanka of his plan to grab lunch at the cafeteria before he exits. Bhavani inquires with Jahaan about Amruta and Vendy’s absence from home. Jahaan speculates that Amruta may still be scouring the hospital for Vendy. Curious about Amruta’s husband, Virat asks Vendy for more information, who continues to share disparaging remarks. At the hospital, Virat encounters Rajiv and inquires about his release from jail. Spotting Priyanka approaching, Rajiv hastily calls out Virat’s name, warning him to stay away.
Quickly taking cover, Priyanka hides from Virat. Virat confronts Rajiv about his release from jail, but the police step in and caution him against assaulting someone. He then queries the officers about Rajiv’s release and they clarify that it was due to medical reasons. Virat notes that if Rajiv is truly medically unfit, he should be restrained instead of being allowed to move freely. The authorities dismiss Virat’s lecture on the law, but he insists on calling the police commissioner for clarification. Amruta also joins in the argument with the officers. The police escort Rajiv to his room, leaving Vendy stunned. She turns to Amruta for an explanation, and Amruta assures her that she will inform her later.
Virat trails behind Rajiv to his room, where they find Priyanka hiding in a cupboard. The doctor arrives and presents Rajiv’s medical records to Virat, revealing that Rajiv had a history of alcohol addiction before his imprisonment. However, when he stopped drinking in jail, his body couldn’t handle the sudden change and he needed medical treatment. In a sarcastic tone, Rajiv asks Virat when he and his wife will stop meddling in his life, to which Virat responds with a firm “never,” emphasizing that he will keep a close watch on him. Warning Rajiv that being released from jail doesn’t give him free reign, Virat makes it clear that he will be monitoring his actions closely before exiting the room.
As Priyanka sneezes in the cupboard, Amruta prepares to investigate but is interrupted by Vendy’s phone call with Bhavani. In the end, Virat and Amruta take Vendy to Jahaan’s house while Bhavani questions why they took so long. Vendy attributes the delay to a fight that Virat was involved in. Jahaan defends her son-in-law, although Vendy continues to make derogatory comments about him. Later, Jahaan remarks to Bhavani that she had expected Vendy to be older, as she appears to be of a similar age. However, Vendy then clarifies her relationship with Bhavani to Jahaan.
