YRKKH 30th September 2024 Written Update. In Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Sanjay becomes agitated with Kaveri for extending a job offer to Abhira. Kajal suggests that the decision falls under Kaveri’s jurisdiction and ability. Sanjay questions whether he is foolish for leading the firm. Armaan inquires if Sanjay is concerned about Abhira taking the company to greater heights. A heated debate ensues between Sanjay and Armaan. Sanjay challenges Armaan to consider why Kaveri would abruptly hire Abhira.
He doubts that Kaveri could have experienced a sudden change of heart. The thought of Abhira and Kaveri crosses Armaan’s mind. Manish decides to bring Ruhi and Abhira for the post-wedding ritual. Swarna and Surekha decide to show their support. While there, Ruhi also takes the opportunity to speak with Abhira. She suggests that Abhira consider taking on a new job. Abhira is confused and asks why Ruhi is concerned about her job. In response, Ruhi reassures her that she understands the importance of work.
Abhira questions when Ruhi becomes the one giving advice. To which, Ruhi responds by asking Abhira to take the matter seriously. Manish thinks of visiting the Poddar house, feeling increasingly anxious. During their conversation, Ruhi informs him of Kaveri’s job offer. However, Abhira reveals that she is still undecided about accepting it. Just then, Swarna announces that they will be visiting them.
With this news, Ruhi and Abhira quickly intervene and discourage Manish and Swarna from coming over. As a result, Manish discovers that Ruhi and Abhira have been lying to him together. Vidya approaches Kaveri about the job opportunity presented to Abhira. After careful consideration, Abhira decides to accept. Curious, Armaan inquires about her choice. Abhira contemplates how she will upset Vidya if she accepts, but Kaveri will be disappointed if she declines.
Armaan encourages Abhira to make her own decision and assures her of his support. Vidya turns to Kaveri for her opinion on their next hire. Kaveri’s concern is that Abhira potentially takes Armaan away once they become successful. She admits she doesn’t quite understand Abhira but recognizes her intelligence and potential for success.
Vidya suggests Rohit could take over the firm, but Kaveri disagrees, citing his inability to handle certain cases. Vidya then brings up Sanjay’s progress, but again Kaveri expresses hesitation, noting that he is focused on building his own career. Ultimately, Kaveri shares her desire for someone who can uphold the Poddar legacy. As Sanjay and Kajal listen in shock.
Abhira discovers that Manisha is cooking for her. She speaks with Kiara and Charu about the possibility of Abhira accepting the position. Manisha encourages Kiara and Charu to pursue their careers. Vidya ponders over Abhira’s situation. She distances herself from Armaan. Rohit stands by Armaan’s side in support.
