Maati 1st October 2024 Written Update. In Maati Se Bandhi Dor written update today, Ranvijay advises Jaya against leaving for Jhumri Patan. While they are discussing this, Vaiju calls, and Ranvijay answers. He inquires why she left without informing the family. Vaiju requests to speak to Vasundhara and apologizes for her abrupt departure, explaining that she had to rush to Jhumri Patan for an examination. She expresses her desire to concentrate on studying and taking the exam seriously. Vasundhara encourages her to do well and also speak with Jaya.
Jaya reprimands Vaiju for abruptly leaving without informing anyone. Vaiju explains that her phone had died, preventing her from reaching out. She suggests that Jaya speak directly to Ranvijay, but Vaiju quickly ends the call with excuses. Jaya recalls how Vaiju had promised to return later due to a low battery. Meanwhile, even Ranvijay has lost interest in speaking with Vaiju. As she nears her hometown of Jhumri Patan, memories flood back for Vaiju. Standing outside, Aaji asks her what she is doing there.
Calmly, Vaiju explains that this is where she will be taking her 12th standard exams and intends to stay with Aaji until then to complete her studies. Aaji inquires about Vaiju about her solo presence and the absence of Ranvijay. Vaiju explains that he had prior commitments, so she had to decline his invitation. Aaji offers her turmeric and vermillion from the temple, wishing for a lasting bond between Vaiju and Ranvijay. Meanwhile, Ranvijay reflects on how Vaiju left without even acknowledging him, all because he suggested finding a suitable life partner for himself. This ultimately drove them apart.
Jaya arrives and inquires about Ranvijay’s distress. She mentions that the entire household is disgruntled with Vaiju’s departure without prior notice. Ranvijay expresses frustration over everyone making independent choices. Jaya urges him to share which of her plans has caused harm. He points out that despite claiming to be partners, she arranged a trip to Jhumri Patan without his knowledge and involved the whole family. In an impolite manner, he declares his disinterest in going and stresses the amount of work he has to do, not wanting to waste any time. Jaya is taken aback and tells Ranvijay that he has never spoken to her in such a tone. However, he continues to speak in the same manner. She urges him not to address her in that way.
The inspector announces that Vaiju should come outside to meet him. Vasundhara informs Ranvijay that the plants grown by Vaiju seem drooping and asks him to water them, as per Vaiju’s instructions. Ranvijay feels guilty for his rudeness towards Jaya. To their surprise, the inspector turns out to be a friend of Vaiju’s named Milind. He scolds her for being forced into marriage by the villagers. Vasundhara questions Ranvijay why he is preventing Jaya from going to Jhumri Patan.
