Anirudh isn’t able to stand on his feet. He collapses much to Choton’s shock. Arshi acts unreasonably. She tells Anirudh that she will take action against him if he breaks the contract conditions. Shrishti says that Anirudh is just acting to fool them. Anirudh says that he is having pain in his chest area. Choton believes him. He says that he will take Anirudh to the hospital. He asks Shrishti to let him take Anirudh. Shrishti tells Arshi that Choton is involved in Anirudh’s plan. Arshi says that Anirudh doesn’t want to leave Kolkata. Anirudh tells Choton that he isn’t able to get up.
Arshi tells Shrishti that they will leave if Anirudh doesn’t want to go abroad. She blames Choton for ruining Anirudh’s life. Choton lectures Arshi and Shrishti for their selfish attitude. Arshi asks him not to fool her further. Arshi and Shrishti make a leave. Choton asks Anirudh to lie down and relax. Anirudh gets scared for his life. Aditya, Jhanak, and Akshay see the crowd at the Dhaba. They go to see what’s happening. Jhanak spots Choton and rushes to help. Anirudh hears her voice. She tells Choton that she has come for her work. Choton cries seeing her and complains about Arshi.
Jhanak is shocked to see Anirudh’s condition. She asks Choton about Anirudh. Anirudh asks her to go and focus on her work. Aditya also enquires about Anirudh. Choton tells Jhanak that Anirudh is suffering from chest pain. He wants to take Anirudh to the hospital. He says that Arshi and Shrishti left Anirudh alone. Jhanak asks Anirudh to come. Anirudh isn’t able to get up. Choton is sure that Jhanak will save Anirudh. Aditya and Choton take Anirudh to the car. Jhanak rushes Anirudh while taking care of him. He calls Anirudh. He tells Appu that Anirudh isn’t answering.
Jhanak panics when Anirudh faints. Aditya asks her to calm down. Choton says that Arshi and Shrishti left Anirudh because they didn’t believe him. She asks Choton if Anirudh will get okay. Choton says that Anirudh is in this situation because of Arshi. She feels guilty for breaking Anirudh’s heart. Choton scolds her for misbehavior. She says that she did that to save Anirudh’s marriage. He says that Anirudh has been in pain since he returned from Mumbai. He blames Jhanak for breaking Anirudh’s heart.
Meanwhile, Arshi and Shrishti return home and vent their anger on Anirudh’s parents. Arshi informs that Anirudh has refused to go abroad. She says that she is leaving the house, and will take legal action against Anirudh. Shrishti tells them that Anirudh has done a drama and faked sickness to avoid the flight.
Shubh and Tanuja get worried for their son. Arshi says that she will collect her belongings and leave the house. Anjana suggests that they call up Anirudh and find out the matter. Shubh calls Anirudh and gets the number switched off. Jhanak apologizes for her misbehavior and asks Anirudh to speak to her once. Anirudh is in pain. Aditya asks her not to waste any more time and just take Anirudh to the emergency ward. Arshi and Shrishti threaten the family. Shrishti says that Anirudh faked a sickness to cancel the plan. Choton asks the doctor to check on Anirudh. The doctor asks him to wait.
Another doctor checks Anirudh. Aditya asks him to give immediate treatment to Anirudh. Jhanak fights for Anirudh. She asks the doctor to call a senior doctor and save Anirudh’s life. Aditya gets to see Jhanak’s love for Anirudh. Anirudh’s friends reach there to help Choton. Jhanak tells them that there isn’t any doctor to attend Anirudh. Tanuja hinders Jhanak from meeting Anirudh. Jhanak angrily picks up Devimaa’s Trishul to take the evil-minded people away. She threatens them and asks them to not come in her way.
