He tells the doctor that he feels Jhanak is crying for him. He wants to see her once. He asks the doctor to call Jhanak. The doctor comes out of the ICU and meets the family. He informs that Anirudh is calling for Jhanak Raina, his wife. This shocks Arshi, Shrishti, and Anirudh’s parents. Jhanak visits a temple and prays for Anirudh’s recovery. She reaches back to the hospital. As Jhanak attempts to bring flowers to touch Anirudh’s forehead, Tanuja intervenes and pushes her away. In a moment of defiance, Jhanak grabs a Trishul and demands that everyone move aside. She shows her Devi avatar to them. The family slips in shock when they see Jhanak’s unseen side. Jhanak takes a strong stand for Anirudh. Even Aditya is surprised to see Jhanak’s bold avatar.
As seen before, In a chaotic scene, Choton urges someone to check on Anirudh, while Jhanak pleads for him to look at her. Shubh mentions that Anirudh’s phone is off, and Arshi suspects he’s being clever by faking his illness to avoid going abroad for Jhanak’s sake. As Choton calls for the doctor, Anirudh’s condition is revealed to be serious; he suffers chest pain and faints. Jhanak grows increasingly frustrated with the doctors for their slow response and fears for Anirudh’s life.
Anirudh’s friends arrive, and amidst the rising tension, Jhanak insists that no doctor is coming to help. Dadi inquires about Anirudh’s whereabouts, while Arshi suggests that he was pretending. Anjana defends Jhanak, claiming her right to have opinions about people. Shrishti and Arshi argue against this, accusing Jhanak of manipulation.
Finally, a doctor assesses Anirudh’s condition and confirms that he likely suffered a stroke, requiring immediate tests and treatment. Shrishti says that Jhanak is the one responsible for the current situation in this household. Arshi believes that Anirudh’s focus is solely on Jhanak, and not at all on her. Shrishti urges Arshi to quickly gather her belongings and return home. Meanwhile, Shubh is instructed to call Anirudh and confirm if he is truly sick or simply using it as an excuse. Shrishti reveals that Anirudh is not actually ill, but rather unhappy about leaving Jhanak behind. She accuses him of premeditating this entire situation. Arshi is urged to pack her belongings, but Bipasha reminds her to consider the situation.
She explains that they may not fully understand her pain, as Anirudh’s actions could ruin her life. Arshi believes that Bipasha cannot relate, as she has never experienced something like this. She clarifies that she only stayed because she didn’t want to lose to Jhanak, not because of any feelings for Anirudh. Shubh advises her not to speak in such a way and reminds her that Jhanak is not so great as to continue loving someone who will never reciprocate those feelings.
Shrishti adds that time is running out, as they also need to head to the police station. Shubh and Tanuja caution Shrishti about the delicate situation at hand, emphasizing the importance of preserving Arshi and Anirudh’s relationship. However, Arshi appears unfazed and announces her intention to retrieve her belongings and jewelry. The abruptness of her departure prompts Dadi to question her motives and suggests that she doesn’t trust them with her valuables. Arshi clarifies that she simply wants what is rightfully hers, questioning why they didn’t return it without prompting. Jhanak turns to Choton and inquires if he has informed Anirudh’s family yet.
He confesses that he hasn’t, but assures her that he will do so now. The thought of Anirudh potentially needing heart surgery overwhelms Jhanak with emotion, causing tears to stream down her face. Choton is questioned by Jhanak about how this occurred, given that Anirudh maintains a healthy lifestyle. In response, he explains that he is unable to explain as Anirudh had been acting strangely and not eating for the past few days. Distressed, Jhanak expresses her desire for Anirudh to forget her.
Observing the situation, Shrishti and Arshi accuse the entire family of being involved in a scheme with Anirudh. This leads to chaos at Anirudh’s home. Appu becomes overwhelmed with emotion and begs her parents to take her to Anirudh, as she cannot bear to see him suffer alone. Bipasha attempts to prevent Arshi from leaving, but both Arshi and Shrishti refuse to stay any longer in the Bose household. They are no longer willing to resolve the issue at hand. Dadi becomes angry upon not receiving any updates about Anirudh. Shub once again contacts Chhoton for information on Anirudh, but there is no response.
Shrishti still holds onto her belief that Anirudh and Choton were faking illness to cancel the trip. Without a response from Choton, Arshi remains firm in her decision. Despite attempts from Tanuja and Shubh to change her mind, Arshi remains determined. She even requests for them to control their son’s actions. Arshi and Shrishti return home. Upon Vinayak’s arrival at the house and learning about Anirudh’s illness, he becomes worried. However, Shrishti and Arshi refuse to believe anything and show no concern for Anirudh. Vinayak calls Anirudh but fails to connect.
Choton tells Jhanak that she is Anirudh’s life and deserves to live with him. He asks her to stay with Anirudh. Aditya agrees with Choton and asks her to live with Anirudh. She tells them that she just wants Anirudh to recover. The doctors discuss Anirudh’s reports. Jhanak is scared that Anirudh has suffered a massive heart attack. Aditya says that he has taken all the updates from the doctors. Jhanak asks him why didn’t he tell them before. Aditya asks her to calm down. He tells about the massive blockage in Anirudh’s heart and the critical operation commencing. Jhanak is shocked to know this.
She thinks to rush and pray for Anirudh’s life. She says that it’s her mistake and she should fix it. Aditya tells that he will accompany her. She wants to go and pray at the temple. She recollects that she couldn’t complete her prayer at the temple. She adds that she will die if anything happens to Anirudh. She promises to save Anirudh. Choton believes her. Jhanak takes a Devi avatar in the next episode when Tanuja stops her from meeting Anirudh.
