YRKKH 31st October 2024 Written Update Ruhi’s discovery. In Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai written update today, Armaan encourages Abhira to rest and gently feeds her. He reassures her that he’s not concerned about the baby, but Abhira, who is already thinking about their child’s future, expresses her desire for a son they could raise to respect girls. She encourages Armaan to start working out, humorously noting he’ll need the strength to care for their child. Meanwhile, Abhira suspects Sanjay may be pressuring Charu into marrying Neeraj.
Elsewhere, Neeraj tries to apologize to Charu for unintentionally hurting her, but she remains distant. He insists that she hasn’t moved on from her past relationship but promises to love her regardless. Sanjay supports Neeraj, believing him to be an ideal match for Charu, and reminds her of their family’s future, stressing that his deal with Sajjan is essential for their security. Charu and Kajal are shocked by Sanjay’s pressure.
At the same time, Aryan finds out that Manoj is jobless and decides to share the news with Manisha. Manoj, however, becomes aware of Charu’s situation, and Manisha questions Aryan for his absence during Charu’s struggles.
When the Poddar family hears that Charu is set to marry Neeraj, Abhira, Armaan, Kaveri, Rohit, Manoj, and Madhav quickly make plans to stop the wedding. Meanwhile, Ruhi, deciding to stay close to uncover Abhira’s secrets, learns that Abhira is pregnant. She doubts the truth of Abhira’s pregnancy and is determined to find out why she’s keeping it a secret.
As Charu prepares to marry Neeraj, the Poddars arrive and interrupt the ceremony. Abhira stands up for Charu, confronting Sanjay, who claims that Abhira has overtaken him in both family and business matters. He insists that the Poddars will never accept her and urges her to consider her future. Manisha challenges Sanjay, questioning why he’s sacrificing his daughter’s happiness for financial security.
Kaveri intervenes, telling Abhira and Manisha to end their argument and acknowledging that the Bansals and Poddars are now divided. She feels weak and dispirited, which prompts Abhira to taunt her for submitting to wrong decisions and lacking the courage to take a stand. Abhira points out that Kaveri has become accustomed to avoiding difficult situations, and Kaveri, hurt, responds that no one needs her anymore.
Later, Abhira and Ruhi find themselves trapped in a fire, with smoke and flames surrounding them. Armaan quickly arrives on the scene and, spotting Ruhi, manages to pull her to safety. As he ensures Ruhi is out of harm’s way, he hears that Abhira is also trapped inside. Alarmed and determined to save her, Armaan rushes back into the burning area, frantically searching through the thick smoke and flames, calling out for Abhira, hoping to find her before it’s too late.
