GHKKPM 4th November 2024 Written Update Savi’s tension

GHKKPM 4th November 2024 Written Update Savi’s tension. In Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein written update today, After Isha’s surgery, Savi anxiously asks the doctor about her condition. The doctor informs them that while the operation was successful, a clot in Isha’s brain could lead to a coma if she doesn’t regain consciousness. This news shocks everyone, especially Mrunmayi and Shantanu, who are comforted by Savi and Rajat.

A nurse hands Savi Isha’s belongings, including Lucky’s laptop, which raises Savi’s suspicions. She shares her concern with Harini, suggesting Isha may have been distressed by something on the laptop. Before she can investigate further, the police arrive to discuss Isha’s hit-and-run case. Soon, the Thakkar family also arrives at the hospital.

Rajat urges the inspector to find the culprit quickly, and the police leave. When it’s time to decide who will stay with Isha, Rajat chooses Savi, while the others head to the hospital’s temple to pray for Isha’s recovery.

In Isha’s room, Savi speaks to her, encouraging her to wake up. Bhagyashree enters, trying to provoke Isha by saying she’ll drive Sai and Savi out of the house. The nurse intervenes, telling Bhagyashree to keep quiet, but just as she’s about to leave, Savi notices Isha’s fingers moving. Savi stops Bhagyashree, pointing out Isha’s response, and Bhagyashree continues taunting, which finally prompts Isha to open her eyes. The doctor calls it a miracle and removes Isha’s oxygen mask at Savi’s request. Isha tries to mention “Lucky” before feeling dizzy again, so the doctor asks everyone to leave to let Isha rest.

Meanwhile, Sai and Vansh pray fervently for Isha’s recovery. Bhagyashree, puzzled by Isha’s mention of Lucky, calls Tara to ask if she knows why. Tara suggests contacting Lucky but warns that Rajat won’t tolerate any harm to Isha if Lucky was involved. Savi and Rajat then ask the doctor about Isha’s reference to Lucky. The doctor suggests possible reasons for her behavior and requests Isha’s medical history to proceed with further treatment. Savi agrees to fetch it from home, and Rajat advises her to stay cautious.

As the police prepare to arrest Lucky for his suspected involvement in Isha’s hit-and-run case, Rajat intervenes, stopping them from taking him into custody. Savi, frustrated by Rajat’s defense of Lucky, confronts him, expressing her doubts and disappointment. She tells Rajat that it’s pointless to place any trust in Lucky, and that Rajat’s unwavering support for him only deepens her sense of betrayal. Savi’s words reveal her belief that Lucky does not deserve Rajat’s trust, and she warns Rajat that siding with him could be a mistake. Rajat, taken aback by Savi’s blunt assessment, is left to consider the implications of his loyalty to Lucky amidst the serious allegations.
