Kumkum Bhagya 6th November 2024 Written Update. Today in Kumkum Bhagya written update, RV feels a mix of guilt and frustration over Purvi observing the Karwa Chauth fast for him. Though he considers telling everyone about her fasting, he ultimately decides against it, fearing they’ll reprimand her. Meanwhile, Monisha eagerly tells Deepika about her newfound happiness; she has confessed her love to RV, and he accepted her proposal for marriage. Deepika, thrilled for her, suggests Monisha ask RV to set a wedding date after the fast-breaking ritual, excited at the prospect of an official engagement. Monisha, driven by excitement, decides to solidify their commitment that very night, which heightens Deepika’s enthusiasm.Dadi takes a moment to gift each daughter-in-law a necklace, acknowledging that their husbands might not have bought presents. Harleen, grateful for the gesture, remarks that the husbands should have thought of gifts themselves, earning Dadi’s praise for being an exemplary daughter-in-law. Meanwhile, Purvi gets a call from her doctor, who reminds her about the importance of taking her medication on time. The doctor warns of severe health risks, like a brain stroke or coma, if she neglects her medicine. Choosing to keep this worrying information to herself, Purvi remains determined to continue her fast.
Diya notices Purvi looking unwell and urges her to break her fast. However, Purvi refuses, staying resolute in her decision. RV overhears and insists that Purvi break her fast, especially since Monisha is also observing the fast for him. Stung by his comment, Purvi dismisses him, expressing how powerless and disheartened she feels even to talk to him. Meanwhile, the family’s men—Dadaji, Harman, Jaswant, and Vikrant—discuss the tradition of Karwa Chauth and the gifts wives expect. Harman reflects on how fortunate he is that Harleen doesn’t ask for gifts and often declines them altogether.
Later, Deepika catches Monisha eating in her room, breaking the fast she had declared she would observe. Deepika scolds her, worried about how it will look to others. Harleen soon enters and chastises Deepika, thinking she brought food for Monisha, reminding them both of the importance of upholding the fast. Annoyed at Monisha’s behavior, Deepika throws a pillow at her, accusing her of blaming Deepika in front of Harleen. Unapologetic, Monisha continues eating and openly dismisses the significance of Karwa Chauth, declaring she doesn’t believe in it, leaving Deepika exasperated.
Meanwhile, Harman notices RV looking distressed and tries to talk to him. RV hints at his frustrations with Purvi’s behavior without divulging the entire situation. RV defends his actions, claiming he tried to reason with her, but Diya counters, suggesting his approach might be mentally exhausting Purvi further.
