Today in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein written update, A nurse wakes up Savi and Rajat, bringing the uplifting news that Isha has regained consciousness. She informs them that one of them can go in to see her first, and Rajat encourages Savi to go. Inside, Savi checks on Isha’s well-being and subtly asks if she has anything to share about Lucky. Isha reveals she found a video of Mrunmayi on Lucky’s laptop, hinting at something suspicious. Savi acknowledges the information and encourages Isha to rest. Rajat soon enters, saying he couldn’t resist coming to see her, with the doctor’s permission. The doctor checks on Isha and assures them she’s on the road to recovery. Savi leaves to follow up on the video lead.
Savi opens the laptop and shows Rajat the video of Mrunmayi, explaining that Isha found out about Lucky’s involvement in this and an edited video of Aman, which likely led Lucky to harm her. Rajat, however, defends Lucky, suggesting someone might have set him up and planted the video to frame him. Savi then reveals that she saw Lucky returning home in a car that matches the color of the one involved in Isha’s accident. When she confronted him, he didn’t deny his involvement. Rajat, shocked and furious, decides to confront Lucky.
Rajat returns home, demanding to know where Lucky is, and informs the family that Lucky was responsible for Isha’s accident. Tara tries to convince Rajat not to believe everything he hears, while Bhagyashree defends Lucky, insisting he would never intentionally harm anyone. Despite their defense, Rajat insists on the evidence and starts calling Lucky’s friends, getting no response. Tara hints that she may know where Lucky is but refuses to reveal his location, determined to protect him. At that moment, Shantanu arrives, planning to visit Isha. Rajat reassures Shantanu that everything is fine and offers to accompany him to the hospital, instructing Raju to inform him immediately if Lucky returns.
Meanwhile, Bhagyashree worries about Lucky’s fate, while Tara hints that she’s hidden him somewhere safe. Lucky, hiding with a friend, refuses to come home, fearing he’ll end up in jail if he’s caught.
In the hospital, Isha expresses her strong desire to go home, explaining her discomfort in hospitals due to her son Ishaan’s death. Though the doctor initially resists, Shantanu advocates for her discharge, understanding her trauma. Rajat assures the doctor he’ll arrange for Isha’s care at home, and with that assurance, the doctor agrees to discharge her. Isha is grateful for their support.
The police arrest Lucky for his involvement in Isha’s hit-and-run case. Rajat, shocked, tries to intervene, pleading with the officers to reconsider. However, Savi steps in, confronting Rajat and accusing him of being untrustworthy for defending Lucky despite the evidence against him. Her words leave Rajat speechless as he realizes how deeply Savi questions his loyalty and judgment.
