Today in Anupama written update, During the Bhai Dooj celebrations, Ansh reminisces with Aadhya about a brooch she had initially bought for Anuj but later gifted to him when he admired it. Wanting to uphold tradition, Ansh insists that Aadhya perform the Bhai Dooj rituals with him. Mahi, although Ansh’s aunt, also joins in, adding to the festive spirit. Ansh is thrilled and decides to bring Aadhya’s favorite dish to make the day extra special.
Meanwhile, Kunal confronts Ansh, demanding that he return some money. Ansh tries to avoid him, citing the Bhai Dooj occasion, but Kunal persists. Elsewhere, Prem, hoping to see his sister, accidentally crosses paths with Pakhi. Sensing something unusual, Pakhi becomes suspicious and decides to keep an eye on him.
In another part of the celebration, Anupama enjoys Bhai Dooj with her brother Bhavesh, who surprises everyone by announcing his decision to remarry. This news draws a snide remark from Leela, who criticizes late-life marriages. Bhavesh explains that Nihar has encouraged him to find a companion for his later years, and Anupama supports her brother, excitedly planning to dance at his wedding. Leela then reminds Anupama to also focus on Ansh.
However, as Ansh steps outside, Kunal and his friends confront him, and things turn physical. Aadhya, sensing that Ansh might be in trouble, finds him just in time and courageously intervenes to protect him. Ansh is both grateful and surprised by Aadhya’s bravery. When Aadhya and Ansh return to the Shah household, the family, especially Anupama, anxiously inquire about what happened. Aadhya tells Ansh that she loves him as her child. He tells that he loves her too. She embraces him and weeps. Aadhya, still upset, accuses Prem of setting up the attack on Ansh, but Ansh quickly clarifies that Prem had no involvement. Leela then questions Ansh’s reasons for leaving the house, and he explains that he had gone out to get a gift for Aadhya.
Seeing Aadhya’s concern for Ansh, Anupama is hopeful that this signals Aadhya’s acceptance of him and perhaps, in time, of the entire family. The Bhai Dooj celebrations continue with Aadhya, Mahi, Ishani, and Pari coming together to celebrate with Ansh. Later, Anupama apologizes to Prem on behalf of Aadhya, but she notices a hint of envy in Prem as he watches Ansh surrounded by his supportive family. Anupama silently wishes that Aadhya might one day fully accept them into her life as well and love makes a way to her heart.
Aadhya asks Mahi to feed her, creating a tender moment between them. She gets into a banter with Prem. However, Mahi takes the opportunity to question Aadhya about her prolonged stay, subtly hinting that it’s time for her to return home. This sparks an argument between the two, with tensions rising as they express their differing views. Aadhya, feeling misunderstood, becomes defensive, while Mahi tries to make her point without upsetting her. Their conversation quickly turns heated, revealing underlying frustrations and unresolved issues between them. Anupama comes to put an end to their argument.
