His nostalgia for Savi’s past affection surfaces as he silently laments how no one waits for him at the dinner table anymore. Sai, sensing his distress, serves him food and watches as he eats without a word. She cautiously asks if Bhagyashree and Savi are upset with him for not waiting for dinner. Her pointed question causes Rajat to choke on his food. Concerned, Sai advises him to eat slowly and notices his tears. When she inquires, Rajat deflects, blaming the spiciness of the meal. Sai tenderly feeds him and then excuses herself to tend to her doll, a subtle gesture to avoid pressing him further.
Later, Sai approaches Savi and updates her on fulfilling her request. Savi, overwhelmed by her father’s sorrow, tearfully asks Sai to sleep beside him to offer comfort. Sai reassures her by downplaying Rajat’s tears as a reaction to spicy food but agrees to Savi’s wish. That night, when Rajat enters his room, he finds Sai there. Her presence surprises him, and when he questions why she isn’t sleeping with Savi, Sai calmly replies that she will do so the next day. Both Rajat and Savi cry silently in separate rooms, weighed down by the tension in their family.
The next morning, Bhagyashree begins her day with a puja, seeking divine blessings. She reassures Savi of her faith in justice, confidently stating that siding with truth is more important than familial ties. Her decision to go against her son for Savi leaves an emotional impact on everyone. Savi and Rajat both seek her blessings. Bhagyashree blesses Savi to win her case while encouraging Rajat to follow the right path.
Before leaving for court, Rajat notices Isha and Shantanu arriving at the house. Guilt-stricken, he quietly leaves without interacting. Meanwhile, Bhagyashree assigns Tara to drop Sai at school before heading to court, to which Tara agrees. Sai, full of resolve, assures Savi that they will emerge victorious.
Elsewhere, Ashika anxiously waits for her driver. Arsh offers to give her a ride, but she dismisses him, stating that his help isn’t needed. Her sarcasm cuts deep when she mentions that if he wants to assist her, he should manage Mohit. When her driver finally arrives, Ashika leaves, leaving Arsh to deal with Mohit by calling him back to the village.
At the same time, Savi discovers her car has a punctured tire. Rajat offers to take the family to court, but Savi initially declines, opting to book a cab instead. Dharam calls Rajat to inform him about favorable developments in the case, assuring him that Ashika can still be saved. Meanwhile, Mrunmayi arrives to deliver clothes to Ahana and lashes out at Dharam for his professional focus. Dharam calmly explains that his personal and professional lives are separate.
As Savi struggles to secure a cab, Isha begins feeling unwell. This forces Savi to reconsider, and she accepts Rajat’s offer to drive them to court. On the way, Rajat receives a call from Ashika, but he disconnects it, focusing on the family instead. Once they reach court, he calls Ashika back. When she arrives, distressed, she clutches Rajat’s hand and expresses her fears. Rajat reassures her, emphasizing that they can face the situation together for Kian’s sake.
From a distance, Savi and her family witness the interaction between Rajat and Ashika. Misunderstanding the situation, they feel betrayed. Bhagyashree, however, consoles Savi, urging her to focus on the case and assuring her of victory. Savi steels herself for the challenge as Jagtap approaches her at the court.
Inside, the hearing begins. Jagtap argues that the case is not just a hit-and-run but a deliberate act of murder. He accuses Ashika of leaving Isha on the road to die. Tara stands firmly by Rajat in court, lending him silent support. When Jagtap cross-examines Ashika in the witness box, she attempts to sway the court with a sympathetic narrative. Ashika paints herself as Kian’s sole guardian, claiming that Savi is targeting her out of personal revenge.
