Bhagya Lakshmi 12th December 2024 Written Update. Rishi attempts to persuade Malishka to cancel the baby shower, but the conversation takes an unexpected turn. Malishka initially agrees but quickly reminds Rishi of Neelam’s happiness, emphasizing that Neelam has never experienced such joy. Apologizing, Malishka ultimately decides not to cancel the event and walks away. Determined to ensure Lakshmi has support during the event, Rishi calls Ayush and asks him to invite Shalu to the party. Ayush agrees and relays the request to Shalu, who senses something unusual but agrees to attend.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi reflects on recent events and silently grieves. Rishi observes her from a distance, feeling deep remorse and apologizing to her in his heart. Lakshmi also internally comments on Rishi’s actions, but the emotional tension remains unspoken. Malishka, noticing Rishi’s concern for Lakshmi, convinces herself that while Rishi may care for Lakshmi, he will never accept her as his wife. She believes that the baby shower will solidify her place in the family.
The next morning, Lakshmi notices decorations being put up in the house and questions Anushka about the celebration. Anushka evades the question and excuses herself. Rishi tries to talk to Lakshmi, but Malishka intervenes, ensuring the preparations are in order. Lakshmi overhears Malishka discussing plans to announce her pregnancy and baby shower and becomes deeply upset. She injures her hand in frustration, and while Rishi notices and tries to help, Lakshmi brushes him off and leaves.
Shalu arrives and confronts Lakshmi about the decorations. Anushka openly shares the reason: Malishka’s pregnancy and baby shower. Shocked, Shalu questions Lakshmi’s decision to stay in the house despite the revelation. Lakshmi calmly explains that she remains for her daughter, Parvati. Shalu probes further, asking if Lakshmi is truly okay with Malishka and Rishi’s situation. Though Lakshmi agrees outwardly, Shalu expresses her doubts, suspecting Malishka isn’t truly pregnant. However, Lakshmi reminds her of events from Kiran’s anniversary that seemed to validate Malishka’s claim.
Rishi once again tries to communicate with Lakshmi, but she avoids him. Shalu takes the opportunity to confront Rishi, accusing him of hurting Lakshmi by making Malishka pregnant. Rishi, pained by her words, explains that it was an accident. Shalu refuses to back down, leaving Rishi visibly upset. Ayush, overhearing the exchange, defends Rishi and rebukes Shalu for her harshness.
Later, Neelam encounters Lakshmi and bluntly tells her to accept that Malishka is the future of the family. She highlights Malishka’s pregnancy as the key to securing her place in the household. The confrontation leaves Lakshmi silently grappling with her emotions as the preparations for the baby shower continue, further heightening the family drama.
