Anupama 18th December 2024 Written Update Prem in trouble. The episode begins with Ansh questioning Prem’s unusual behavior, noticing him playing with a ball instead of sleeping. Prem brushes it off but eventually opens up about his sleeplessness, shifting the topic to Ansh’s romantic life. Ansh confidently declares he would never date a girl from a dating app, earning Prem’s approval. Their conversation steers toward love and relationships, with Ansh teasing Prem about his dream girl. Prem describes Rahi as his ideal match, but Ansh warns him that searching for a girl like her might leave him single. Undeterred, Prem wishes to win Rahi’s love.
Meanwhile, Anupama is busy managing work and instructs Prem to expedite packing an order. She informs him that Rahi has gone out to buy milk and begins to overthink her responsibilities toward Mahi, Rahi, and Prem. This mental strain causes her to faint, leaving everyone concerned. Rahi, irritated and waiting for a call from Prem, grows angrier when he finally contacts her. She lashes out, ignoring his explanation.
A doctor is summoned to check on Anupama. He advises the Shah family to keep her away from stress, urging her to rest. While Anupama assures everyone that she is fine, Prem bumps into Rahi and informs her about Anupama’s condition. Despite her initial indifference, Rahi is deeply concerned upon hearing the news. She and Mahi decide to help Anupama with her workload, and Prem volunteers to assist them both. However, Pakhi, observing the dynamics, speculates about a potential love triangle forming between Rahi, Prem, and Mahi, worrying it might exacerbate Anupama’s stress.
The situation escalates when Prem musters the courage to confess his love to Rahi, only to face rejection. Rahi candidly explains that she finds love to be a complex emotion and is not ready for a relationship. She values Prem as a friend and supporter rather than a romantic partner. Hurt, Prem questions why she didn’t reject him sooner, to which Rahi admits she was taken aback by his proposal. Despite her honesty, Prem struggles to let go of his feelings for her.

The family is thrown into turmoil when Anupama reveals that Prem has gone missing, alarming everyone.
In a dramatic turn, Prem, despite his heartbreak, reaffirms his love for Rahi, even as he endures hardships. The episode ends with his heartfelt confession, leaving the family worried about his whereabouts. Mahi urges Anupama to bring Prem back home, while Rahi optimistically believes Prem will return for her. However, Anupama shocks Rahi by revealing that Mahi is deeply in love with Prem, leaving Rahi stunned.
