Today in Bhagya Lakshmi written update, Vimmi reveals that Malishka and Rishi are going to be parents, creating a storm of emotions within the Oberoi household. Kiran supports this revelation, insisting that Rishi and Malishka should marry now that they are expecting a child. This sparks a heated argument with Rano, who counters by questioning Lakshmi’s place in Rishi’s life. Shalu, disapproving of the situation, voices her discontent, prompting Kiran to confront her. Neelam coldly asserts that Lakshmi must accept the truth since Rishi is moving forward with Malishka.
Meanwhile, the kidnappers, who have been keeping Lakshmi unconscious within the Oberoi mansion, decide to move her. Fearing exposure, they attempt to conceal her in a box but eventually settle on wrapping her in a carpet to smuggle her out. Their plan unfolds amidst growing tensions in the household.
Shalu, undeterred by the opposition, confronts the Oberoi family, reminding them that Lakshmi is still Rishi’s legal wife. Karishma and Aanchal dismiss her concerns, arguing that Lakshmi’s silence implies her consent to Rishi and Malishka’s union. Frustrated by their selfishness, Shalu stands firm, criticizing the family’s disregard for Lakshmi. Despite their resistance, Shalu insists on addressing Neelam before leaving.
As the kidnappers struggle to find an inconspicuous way to move Lakshmi, Rishi notices sparks from the computer and learns that the CCTV footage isn’t working. When he spots the kidnappers carrying the carpet, they disguise themselves as decorators and claim they are leaving through the main door due to locked exits. Rishi, unaware of their true intentions, allows them to proceed.
Shalu finally confronts Neelam, revealing that someone is conspiring against Ayush and implicates Anushka. Although mocked by Karishma and Aanchal for her claims, Shalu promises to return with evidence. She departs, leaving the Oberoi family unsettled.
The kidnappers encounter Harleen, who questions them about the carpet. When they claim it has a stain and needs cleaning, Harleen demands to see the stain, but they hesitate, raising suspicion. Before Harleen can investigate further, a new crisis emerges.
Anushka sets the Oberoi mansion on fire to distract everyone and create a diversion for the kidnappers. The chaos forces the family to shift their focus to extinguishing the fire, allowing the kidnappers to smuggle Lakshmi out undetected. Amidst the turmoil, Balwinder seizes the opportunity to confront Malishka. He demands that she leave with him, asserting that the child she’s carrying is his. Malishka, shocked and frustrated, accuses Balwinder of losing his mind. She confronts him about speaking to Kiran, who allegedly tried to bribe him to stay away. Balwinder admits his mistake and, in a sudden change of heart, insists that he no longer wants money but desires Malishka to be with him instead.
Meanwhile, Anushka furiously confronts Neel, blaming him for the near-exposure of their plans. She warns him that if their scheme unravels, both of them will face the consequences. The mansion remains engulfed in panic as secrets, lies, and betrayals threaten to explode, leaving everyone’s future hanging in the balance.
