Jhanak 26th December 2024 Written Update Lalon’s big step. Today in Jhanak written update, the episode begins with the lawyer advising Jhanak not to be scared, as the locals who helped him remove Kul Bhushan from Brij Bhushan’s property are trustworthy. He reassures her that she can trust them. Jhanak is grateful for the lawyer’s help and expresses her respect for Brij Bhushan. She shares a poignant moment, revealing that she lost her father before she could spend time with him and wonders if any of her relatives live in the area. The lawyer tells her that no one lives there, but she is welcome to stay in the house, and Jhanak feels comforted by the idea that staying there would make her feel close to her late father.
Meanwhile, the police commissioner visits Lalon’s house and asks how the family is doing. Appu, Lalon’s wife, explains that they are becoming poorer and that Lalon is doing difficult and dangerous work. She worries about Lalon’s safety and requests the police commissioner to help find him a better job. Kajol arrives with some provisions for the family, but Anuradha, Lalon’s mother, tells her not to spend all the money on them. Kajol reassures her that the vegetables were cheap, so she could afford it. Appu mentions that she could earn money by singing, but no one allows her to sing. Jhimli sarcastically responds that Appu doesn’t do anything and suggests that she could earn the money herself.
The police commissioner interrupts, telling them that their struggle is enough. Anuradha scolds Jhimli, and the police commissioner questions Jhimli about her actions. Jhimli responds by accusing Shubh of taking everything from her father and saying that Appu went to her house to live. Lalon tries to intervene, but Appu insists that Shubh will be punished and promises to give the money to Anuradha if she earns it. Kajol tells Jhimli that she should look for a job, and though Jhimli expresses doubt, Kajol encourages her, saying that marriage won’t solve the problem. Jhimli becomes irritated at Kajol’s suggestion and refuses to discuss it further.
Lalon asks Kajol not to bring any more vegetables, but Kajol insists, telling him to return the money when he finds a job. She reassures him that they are friends and will support him. Anuradha agrees, appreciating Kajol’s support during their tough times. The police commissioner advises Anuradha not to work in others’ houses anymore. Jhimli sarcastically says that Anuradha works to provide good food for the family, but Anuradha responds that she works for everyone’s benefit, including ensuring Appu gets her meals on time.
The police commissioner then asks Lalon to sign some papers. After Lalon signs, the commissioner informs them that a legal notice will be sent to Shubh, and their lawyer has already started working on their case. Lalon is hesitant, questioning how he can go against Appu’s family. The police commissioner reassures him that the action is only against Shubh, not Appu’s family. Anuradha asks if this is the right course of action, and Kajol supports the decision, stating that the wrongdoer must be punished. The police commissioner is confident that Anirudh will support Lalon in this matter. Appu agrees, and they proceed with the legal action.
Later, Shubh receives the legal notice from Lalon’s lawyer. He informs his family that they should leave the house, as Lalon is claiming that he built the house using money from Lalon’s father. Arundhati is confused, questioning why they should leave, but Shubh explains that Lalon is accusing him of using his father’s money to build the property. Bipasha adds that she had heard that Lalon’s father and Shubh worked together, but Shubh denies this.
Anirudh confronts Shubh, urging him to resolve the issue quickly, as he doesn’t want to hear that his father was a cheater. Shubh accuses Anirudh of knowing the real reason for his concern. Anirudh clarifies that he is not suggesting that Jhanak manipulated the lawyer. He insists that Shubh should return the property to Lalon if he wronged him, signaling a deepening rift within the family. The episode ends with tension hanging in the air. Bipasha expresses concern, and Tanuja asks her what’s wrong. Shubh tells the family that they need to vacate the house immediately.
