Rishi, speaking to Lakshmi over the phone, asks her to describe her surroundings. Lakshmi explains she’s in a warehouse area, prompting Rishi to use the help of a cyber expert, AJ, to track her location. As Rishi reassures Lakshmi that he is on his way, Neel snatches the phone from her and ominously declares that no one can save her now. The goons capture Lakshmi and move her to another location.
Meanwhile, at the Oberoi mansion, Neelam, Karishma, and Aanchal express their frustration with Shalu, likening her troubles to those of Lakshmi. Rano confronts Shalu about her claims, and Shalu insists she is telling the truth. Ayush, growing impatient, wonders about AJ’s delay. When AJ arrives, he explains that he was assisting Rishi in tracking Lakshmi. Shalu eagerly inquires about Lakshmi’s location, and AJ confirms that Rishi is already en route to rescue her. Ayush asks AJ to retrieve data from a phone, and AJ agrees, requesting a quiet space to work.
At the warehouse, Lakshmi pleads with Neel and the goons to let her go. She identifies Neel as one of Anushka’s guests and threatens to report him to her. Neel, unfazed, mocks Lakshmi and reveals that Shalu allegedly stole money from him. He explains that the goons intended to kidnap Shalu but mistakenly abducted Lakshmi instead. Lakshmi defends Shalu, asserting her innocence, but Neel vows to reclaim his money from Shalu, even if it involves hurting her. Lakshmi fiercely warns Neel to stay away from Shalu, but he disregards her and orders the goons to tie her tightly to a pillar. Rishi’s car breaks down during his journey, forcing him to continue on foot. Back at the Oberoi mansion, Neelam, Karishma, and Aanchal discuss Shalu’s accusations against Anushka.
