She blames Anushka for doing so wrong. She regrets her choice. Harleen consoles her. She knows Karishma is feeling bad for Ayush. She asks her to try to forget it. She advises her to stay close to Ayush and understand his emotions. Karishma says that she will try to fix everything. She apologizes to Harleen. Harleen embraces her. She says that it’s their responsibility to support their children.
The lights get flickering. The nurse goes to check the lights. Neel enters the hospital and asks her about Lakshmi’s ward number. He threatens her and gets the information. He collides with Ayush. Ayush learns from AJ that Neel’s location is at the hospital right now. Ayush realizes that he just saw Neel. He runs to save Lakshmi. Lakshmi gets conscious.
