Ranbir mocks her response, and Meghla, wanting to avoid a confrontation, states she doesn’t want to argue. Ranbir replies that he has no interest in arguing either. He then plays a song, which Meghla recognizes as the one she had sung for him earlier. Curious, she questions him about it, prompting Ranbir to remark that she seems to have an issue with everything he does. This leaves Meghla feeling sad.
Meanwhile, Indrajeet shares with Diljot his intention to share their house with his students. Diljot expresses her fondness for Meghla, and Indrajeet reveals that he regards Meghla as his daughter. However, Diljot is adamant about not letting Meghla return home. Indrajeet attempts to reason with her, and after some persuasion, Diljot agrees to postpone the decision until their return. Elsewhere, Param expresses his concern over Ranbir’s feelings for both Meghla and Adrija. Simran opines that Ranbir has no choice but to move on with Adrija. Arjun interrupts their discussion to inform them that Balveer is calling everyone to the living area.
During a conversation, Ranbir asks Meghla if he can compliment her. When she agrees, he praises her singing talent. Meghla reciprocates, but Ranbir downplays his abilities, stating he isn’t as talented as her. Meghla then shares her admiration for Ranbir’s efforts in reuniting Diljot and Indrajeet. She expresses her gratitude, to which Ranbir responds that he acted not only for Indrajeet but also for his aunt, who had suffered for years.
Meanwhile, Meher suggests holding a reception for Diljot and the family members. Zoravar opposes the idea, leading to an argument with Arjun, who proposes hosting the reception elsewhere. Amarjeet steps in, supporting Meher’s suggestion and reprimanding Zoravar for using Balraj’s name to manipulate the situation. Amarjeet praises Indrajeet for his fame as a singer and suggests combining Ranbir and Diljot’s wedding receptions. The family approves the idea, except for Zoravar.
Ranbir discusses the importance of happiness with Meghla, and they silently wish each other the best. Back at the Bajwa house, Zoravar announces his decision to boycott Ranbir’s wedding, claiming he is not respected enough. His declaration shocks everyone. Kamla attempts to pacify him, but Zoravar remains adamant and even insults Meher, upsetting the family. Balveer confronts Zoravar, who defends his stance, further straining family relations.
At Indrajeet’s house, he offers to drop Meghla home and tells Ranbir to leave. Ranbir agrees but decides to confront Indrajeet about taking his love away. Simultaneously, Indrajeet plans to confront Ranbir for breaking Meghla’s heart. During their exchange, Indrajeet reveals his plans to move to Bangalore with Meghla, which upsets Ranbir. The two engage in a heated argument, with Ranbir accusing Indrajeet of stealing Meghla from him, and Indrajeet accusing Ranbir of toying with her emotions.
Indrajeet clarifies Ranbir’s misunderstanding about Meghla’s alliance. Both are shocked when Ranbir reveals Adrija’s deceit.
