Bhagya Lakshmi 15th January 2025 Written Update. The episode opens with Neelam confronting Shalu about wearing Lakshmi’s dress. Harleen arrives and asks Neelam about the commotion. Neelam explains that she is questioning Shalu for taking Lakshmi’s dress. Shalu defends herself, saying the dress didn’t fit Lakshmi, so Lakshmi gave it to her. Neelam refuses to believe her and accuses Shalu of lying. Harleen intervenes, asking Neelam to let it go and escorts her away from the scene.
Meanwhile, Malishka approaches Shalu, accusing her of causing trouble and blaming her for Lakshmi’s current situation, working like a servant in the house. Shalu counters that Lakshmi is fulfilling her duties as the daughter-in-law of the family. Malishka demands to know why Shalu is wearing Lakshmi’s dress. Shalu boldly reveals that the real reason is that Rishi bought a dress specifically for Lakshmi, and she is wearing it at the moment.
In another part of the house, Rishi and Lakshmi approach the Pandit, who instructs them to tie the sacred thread to officially begin the Lohri celebrations. This act signifies their unity, further irritating Malishka.
Shalu takes this moment to show Malishka and Kiran the significance of Rishi and Lakshmi tying the sacred thread. She taunts them, asserting that Lakshmi is performing her role as the rightful daughter-in-law of the Oberoi family. Shalu vows to make the night troublesome for them, just as they plotted to make it difficult for Lakshmi, before walking away.
Shalu later approaches Ayush to apologize for her rude behavior the previous day. Ayush, still hurt, tells her she shouldn’t have spoken to him that way and reminisces about their past friendship. He walks away, leaving Shalu pensive before she departs as well.
Malishka, unable to bear seeing Rishi and Lakshmi together, resolves to intervene. However, Kiran advises her to hold back for now, reminding her that they had staged Malishka’s injury and cannot risk exposing their lie. Kiran shifts her focus to Shalu, blaming her for bringing Rishi and Lakshmi closer. She recalls Anushka’s advice to first drive Shalu out of the house to weaken Lakshmi. Malishka agrees, concluding that separating the sisters is the key to their plan. At that moment, the servant Varsha hands Kiran her phone, and Malishka hatches a scheme involving Varsha to create a rift between Shalu and Lakshmi.
Elsewhere, Aanchal cuts Rishi’s phone call short to inform him that Garimacharya has arrived. Neelam escorts Garimacharya into the celebration and introduces him to each family member. The revered guest offers words of wisdom to Karishma and Aanchal before approaching Rishi. Upon touching Rishi’s hand, Garimacharya makes an enigmatic comment, hinting at something significant yet unsaid.
