YRKKH 18th January 2025 Written Update Roop’s entry. The Poddars are in for a dramatic twist when Armaan accuses Abhira, leaving everyone stunned. Ruhi, clearly not here for Armaan’s antics, lashes out at him. Meanwhile, Kaveri—forever the Armaan apologist—decides to defend him, because why not? Ruhi, standing tall on her moral high ground, vows to support Abhira. Rohit, trying to play the family peacemaker, attempts to stop her, but Ruhi shuts him down with a firm “don’t even try.” Kaveri, ever the optimist (or delusional?), assures everyone that Ruhi and Charu will come around. Manisha, however, is having none of it and unleashes her fury.
Elsewhere, Abhira is seen wandering aimlessly on the road, lost in her thoughts. Enter Roop, the knight in shining armor—or maybe just a helpful stranger. He advises Abhira to stop walking around like a distracted pedestrian and keep her eyes open. Roop, intrigued by Abhira, decides he wants to meet her again. In an amusing turn, Abhira spots Roop’s wallet and takes it upon herself to return it, unknowingly setting the stage for future drama.
Back at the Poddar mansion, Manisha notices Vidya watching the news and calls her out, questioning her emotions. Vidya, still salty about being sent to jail by Abhira, retaliates by questioning Manisha’s loyalty. Manisha claps back, reminding Vidya that Abhira saw her as a mother figure. Vidya, in her passive-aggressive tone, suggests Abhira is only liked when convenient. The conversation spirals as Manisha accuses Vidya of manipulation while Vidya predicts that Armaan will soon realize Abhira is not the “perfect fit” for him. Talk about a toxic tea session!
Meanwhile, the Goenkas are in full panic mode over Abhira’s absence. Manish frets about her, while Ruhi and Charu confirm she hasn’t visited them. Abhir, visibly upset, takes his frustrations out on Charu and blames the Poddars. Ruhi, ever the voice of reason, advises him not to paint everyone with the same brush. Manish confronts Abhir about his behavior, but Charu, feeling hurt, leaves.
Abhira then begins searching for Roop Kumar, only to stumble upon a heated scene where Roop is scolding a man for hurting his beloved Suman. When Abhira finally tracks down Roop, she learns about Suman and assumes there’s some romantic connection. Roop, ever the opportunist, demands compensation from the man while Abhira resolves to return his wallet. However, before any closure, Manish and Swarna whisk Abhira away. Roop, discovering her attempt to return the wallet, decides he must find her—cue the dramatic music.
Back at the Poddar circus, Manisha doesn’t hold back and roasts Armaan for ruining Abhira’s life. She taunts him, warning that Abhira will move on and that he better prepare to see her with someone else. Armaan, visibly shaken, can only gape as Manisha delivers her fiery monologue.
The Goenkas, on the other hand, are all about empowerment and encourage Abhira to fight back and start anew. Manish and Ruhi, in their heartfelt way, urge her to leave the past behind. Just when things seem to be settling down, Roop makes a grand entry into the Goenka household, declaring his intentions to ease Abhira’s pain. He boldly asks for a place in her life, leaving Abhira—and everyone else—completely shocked.
Abhira and Roop are seen bonding, much to Armaan’s disbelief as he spots them together. Drama, thy name is Abhira’s life!
