Kumkum Bhagya 19th January 2025 Written Update. The episode kicks off with Diya warning Purvi about Monisha’s cunning and dangerous nature. Diya advises Purvi to stay ahead of Monisha’s schemes. Purvi agrees but shifts the focus to RV, expressing her worry for him and her desire to help him heal. With determination, she sets off to find him.
Purvi meets RV and lays her heart bare, telling him that he means the world to her and she can’t stand to see him in pain. RV, skeptical, questions how he can trust her words. Purvi pleads emotionally, urging him to feel her sincerity. RV, in his typical teasing fashion, responds, “Stop crying, or else I’ll kiss you.” Purvi, startled, stops crying immediately, only for RV to add with a grin, “I’m not a bad kisser.” Purvi, switching gears, asks about his past relationships, causing RV to think of Khushi, which dampens his mood.
Noticing his discomfort, Purvi reassures him, saying she understands the pain his past expectations caused but promises never to hurt him. RV softens, and they bond over their mutual love for the Lohri festival. Silently, Purvi resolves to protect RV and his family, no matter what.
Meanwhile, Khushi arrives and sees Purvi immersed in Lohri preparations. Purvi warmly greets her and suggests celebrating Lohri at their place first and then heading to Khushi’s home later in the evening. Khushi, ever the peacemaker, agrees, exclaiming, “Problem solved!”
As Purvi continues her preparations, Khushi checks on RV, who assures her that he’s fine. In a dramatic twist, Khushi slips, and RV helps her up, a moment that doesn’t go unnoticed by Monisha, who watches the interaction with simmering jealousy. RV, however, soon returns to Purvi, assisting her with the arrangements and reaffirming her importance in his life.
Harleen joins the scene to oversee the preparations, asking Purvi if everything is going as planned. Purvi confirms and mentions inviting Khushi to the celebration, which Harleen approves, instructing Khushi to arrive by 7 PM.
The festivities begin with Yug’s playful banter with Dadaji, setting a cheerful tone. The men of the Malhotra family gather for a chat, and RV informs everyone of Khushi’s invitation. Harman welcomes Khushi warmly and directs her to Purvi.
However, Monisha seizes the opportunity to confront Khushi, pulling her aside to question her presence. Khushi calmly explains that she visits Purvi’s in-laws’ house occasionally. Monisha, ever territorial, accuses Khushi of having ulterior motives and warns her to stay away from RV. With an air of confidence, Khushi reminds Monisha that RV is married to Purvi. Monisha, clearly irked, delivers a snide remark before storming off.
The celebration escalates as Harleen, Vaishali, and Deepika step into the limelight, looking stunning and earning compliments from the Malhotra men. Yug, ever the curious one, asks about Purvi, setting the stage for her grand entrance. Purvi appears, dazzling everyone with her beauty, solidifying her place as the star of the night.
Dadi then arrives with a dhol party, and the Malhotra family comes together for an energetic dance session. Amid the lively atmosphere, Monisha receives a mysterious phone call and sneaks away to answer it. Purvi, always vigilant, notices Monisha’s departure and decides to keep an eye on her, hinting at more drama to unfold.
