At breakfast, Ranvijay invites Jaya to join them, but chaos ensues when Sulekha announces that no one has cooked. Jaya offers to serve bread and butter, only for Vaiju to arrive with Puran Poli. This sparks tension, with Sulekha taunting Vaiju for neglecting her household duties.
Jaya and Sulekha join forces to taunt Vaiju further. When Jaya volunteers to take breakfast to Vasundhara for her medication, Vaiju interjects, insisting she will do it instead. Nagraj arrives, happily eating the Puran Poli, assuming Jaya made it, but recoils upon learning it was Vaiju’s effort. Both women attempt to serve Ranvijay, leaving him so exasperated that he leaves the table without eating. Jaya follows him to offer breakfast, but he declines, and moments later, she faints, prompting Ranvijay to rush her to the hospital.
Vaiju grows anxious about Jaya and calls Ranvijay for updates, only to be scolded for her breakfast argument with Jaya. Stung by his words, Vaiju feels unappreciated. At the hospital, Ranvijay demands answers from the doctor about Jaya’s recurring fainting spells. The revelation shocks him: Jaya is pregnant. Jaya admits the child belongs to Kunal but forbids Ranvijay from telling Kunal. She resolves to raise the child alone, declaring herself the baby’s only parent. The doctor cautions Ranvijay about Jaya’s high-risk pregnancy, urging her to avoid stress.
Meanwhile, Kaveri visits the hospital and apologizes to Vaiju for her earlier behavior. A nurse arrives with unexpected news for Vaiju: she is also pregnant. Elated, Vaiju shares her joy with Kaveri, believing this news will strengthen her bond with Ranvijay. Kaveri encourages her, and Vaiju dreams of telling Ranvijay, imagining his excitement and gratitude. When Ranvijay returns home, Vaiju eagerly prepares to share her good news. However, her excitement fizzles as Ranvijay announces Jaya’s pregnancy and his decision to give her child his name, ensuring a respectable future for the baby. Vaiju is left devastated and unable to reveal her own pregnancy to Ranvijay and the family, her joy overshadowed by his commitment to Jaya and her unborn child.
