She proclaims him a defeated father and storms out with Vayu’s clothes and her beloved Nandi Maharaj statue, leaving the rest of her “teary-eyed” in-laws with nothing but memories and awkward silence. Honestly, Vaiju’s speech felt more like a theatrical audition than an actual goodbye. Someone should hand her an award for Best Over-the-Top Exit Scene. 👏
As Vaiju storms off, Ranvijay pulls a classic husband-in-denial move, dramatically flinging her clothes out of the wardrobe while whining about why she doesn’t understand him. Uh, maybe because you quite literally snatched her son from her? Just a guess. Meanwhile, Vaiju hugs Vayu’s tiny baby clothes like it’s a Nicholas Sparks movie montage. Cue the slow-motion tears and tragic background music. 🥀
And then comes the infamous bus-of-doom sequence. Vaiju boards a bus to Jhumri Patan, which of course, has its brakes fail because, apparently, Indian soap writers have a quota for dramatic vehicle accidents. Chaos ensues as the bus heads toward a cliff, and Vaiju does the only logical thing—closes her eyes, presumably hoping for divine intervention. Because why not? 🙄

Back at the Mohite Patil mansion, Ranvijay has his classic oh-no-I’ve-made-a-huge-mistake realization. He declares that he’ll bring Vaiju back, only for Arhaan to casually waltz in with breaking news: the bus Vaiju was on has fallen off a cliff, killing 20 people. Perfect timing, right? Ranvijay races to the accident site, where he’s forced to sift through unrecognizable corpses and a pile of mangalsutras like he’s shopping at a morbid flea market. He stumbles upon Vaiju’s mangalsutra and a body in a matching saree, and voilà—he assumes she’s dead. Classic Ranvijay: always jumping to conclusions without checking the fine print. 🤦♂️
Meanwhile, plot twist: Vaiju is alive! Because of course she is. Some random villagers find her unconscious, and she’s rushed to a hospital where the doctor delivers the cherry on top of this melodramatic cake—Vaiju is pregnant. Vaiju, now full of righteous determination, decides to keep this pregnancy a secret from Ranvijay, because what’s another layer of unnecessary conflict between these two? Vaiju’s convenient pregnancy: Because nothing says new beginning like an unexpected pregnancy right after a near-death experience. 🙃
