Kumkum Bhagya 27th January 2025 Written Update Khushi proposes RV. The episode kicks off with Monisha desperately trying to stop RV from rescuing Purvi, warning him about the dangers of the fire. She even makes an emotional appeal by swearing on him, but RV is unfazed. He declares that when it comes to Purvi, he doesn’t believe in such “nonsense,” setting the stage for Monisha’s jealousy to boil over. When RV calls Purvi “family,” Monisha’s insecurity reaches new heights. In a twisted inner monologue, she decides she should’ve eliminated Khushi first instead of Purvi. Monisha’s jealousy is working overtime.
Monisha hatches a self-serving plan to throw herself into danger, forcing RV to save her and leaving Purvi trapped. She intentionally walks into a corner surrounded by flames and screams for help. RV, being the noble hero, rushes to rescue her, only to end up stuck with her in the fire. When Monisha yells for Khushi’s help, Khushi steps in like the actual MVP, saving both Monisha and RV. RV thanks Khushi for her bravery, leaving Monisha simmering.
Meanwhile, Purvi spots RV’s shadow and cries out for him, leading RV to kick down a door and rush to her aid. Their reunion is marked by a heartfelt hug, but Monisha, the ultimate buzzkill, interrupts and coldly reminds them to focus on escaping instead of wasting time on emotional displays. RV sarcastically comments on Monisha’s timing, but they all move out. Purvi, ever observant, notices a CCTV camera on the wall and files that detail away for later.
The drama spikes when a pillar of fire collapses near Purvi and Khushi. Purvi pulls Khushi to safety, while Monisha, ever the schemer, secretly revels in their predicament. RV, however, heroically pushes the flaming pillar aside with his bare hands, earning a worried scolding from Purvi, who questions why he never cares about himself. RV just brushes it off, like he’s invincible or something.
The fire brigade arrives at the Malhotra house, finally bringing the chaos under control. The relieved family gathers around RV, Purvi, and Khushi. Harleen hugs RV tightly, while Diya showers love on Purvi and Khushi. Harleen inquires about the damage, and RV, ever the realist, informs her that half the house is destroyed, but their rooms are miraculously intact.
Later, RV agrees to drop Khushi home. As they drive, Khushi feels a mix of contentment and nostalgia with RV by her side. However, her thoughts drift to Armaan, and she asks RV to stop the car near a temple. In the temple, Khushi confesses her regret to RV, admitting that leaving him was her biggest mistake. She tearfully reveals that she wasn’t happy even for a single day after walking away from him. In a dramatic twist, she declares her love for RV, claiming she has realized he loves her too.
But Khushi takes things a step further. She grabs a sindoor box and asks RV to put sindoor in her hairline, symbolizing their union. For a moment, it seems like a romantic resolution is on the horizon. But RV, clearly not on the same page, shatters the moment—literally and metaphorically—by knocking the sindoor box away, leaving Khushi stunned.
Monisha’s “master plan” to distract RV by putting herself in danger was more like a poorly scripted villain moment. She screams for help and gets stuck, only to be saved by Khushi—talk about irony! Meanwhile, Khushi’s dramatic sindoor stunt at the temple felt straight out of a dated soap opera—maybe next time, try talking before reaching for sindoor. And RV? He’s playing the reluctant hero, juggling flames, family, and awkward temple confessions like it’s all in a day’s work.
