Kumkum Bhagya 31st January 2025 Written Update. The episode begins with Khushi reflecting on her life choices, feeling disheartened over losing RV’s love and being married to Armaan. Despite her situation, she finds comfort in knowing that Purvi has received RV’s love and considers Purvi fortunate.
Monisha escorts a painter to RV’s room and leaves. Meanwhile, Armaan searches for RV in the washroom but doesn’t find him. He notices Purvi’s dupatta and picks it up. Suddenly, a power outage darkens the room. The painter mistakenly assumes Armaan is Purvi and, in a panic, stabs him. Armaan cries out in pain, and the painter realizes his mistake, fleeing the scene.
Monisha confronts the painter, who admits his blunder in a state of shock before escaping. Khushi rushes to the washroom, finds Armaan wounded, and helps him out. Monisha watches from hiding, puzzled by their presence. After they leave, Monisha inspects the washroom and finds blood on the floor.
Meanwhile, Purvi shares with RV that she has writing skills and used to ghostwrite articles for Khushi when the latter worked at a magazine. RV is surprised and confesses that he unknowingly loved Purvi all along. He reassures her that she is the only one he has ever truly loved. Purvi is delighted and reciprocates his feelings. RV expresses gratitude for her unwavering support. Purvi then reveals that she hasn’t fulfilled her true purpose yet, as there are still bad people to expose. She asks RV for his support, and he agrees. As rain begins to fall, they retreat to their room.
Khushi takes Armaan to the hospital, determined to keep Purvi uninformed about the incident. She decides to divorce Armaan once he recovers. Later, RV notices Purvi’s wet hair and tenderly dries it with a towel. The couple shares an intimate moment. The following morning, Purvi wakes up and heads to the washroom, while RV wakes up a bit later. At the police station, Jasbir desperately pleads with the inspector to hear him out. The inspector warns him to stop causing a scene or face punishment. Jasbir requests a call to his uncle, only to learn that his uncle declined to bail him out. Shocked, Jasbir questions why, but the inspector dismisses him with sarcasm.
Just then, Purvi arrives and requests a meeting with Jasbir. The inspector grants permission. Jasbir is surprised by Purvi’s visit and pleads with her not to ask him to break ties with her. However, Purvi firmly states that she has no relationship with him—her only relationship is with RV.
