Anupama 2nd February 2025 Written Update. Today in Anupama, Anil calls Prem and Rahi without asking for anyone’s permission. Parag, understandably annoyed, questions his authority. But Anil, channeling his inner rebel, declares that when it comes to Vasundara/Baa, he doesn’t need permission. Prem shows up and practically pleads for Baa to wake up. Classic soap moment—because obviously, characters only regain consciousness when someone dramatically begs them to. True to form, Baa opens her eyes, and Prem’s joy knows no bounds.
Everyone hopes that Baa will recover thanks to Prem’s presence, as if Prem moonlights as a miracle healer. The Kotharis pray for Baa, turning the scene into a melodramatic temple gathering.
Back at the Leela Drama Headquarters
Leela, predictably salty, questions how Rahi and Anupama dare step foot in the Kothari mansion after past insults. Mahi predicts Baa’s BP will skyrocket if she sees Rahi. Pari fires back, reminding Mahi that Baa is upset with Prem too. Kinjal, the voice of reason, tells them to quit the bickering, but this is a soap, so fat chance.
Ansh suggests visiting the Kotharis, but Hasmuk shuts him down like a strict principal. Meanwhile, Baa pulls the ultimate power move by demanding a private talk with Rahi, Prem, and Anupama, leaving Parag looking like a scolded schoolboy.
The Emotional Blackmail Olympics Begin
Paritosh and Pakhi, sipping on cynicism, predict that Baa will use her health condition to force Rahi and Prem into marriage. Bingo! Baa delivers her predictable “last wish” card, asking Rahi and Prem to tie the knot. She even drags Anupama into it, asking her to do the heavy lifting by convincing the reluctant duo. Baa’s logic? They can study after marriage—because clearly, multitasking is a piece of cake in soapland.
Rahi, being rational, tries to explain that they can’t marry right now. But Baa, armed with relentless stubbornness, presses on, even promising not to block their dreams post-marriage. Anupama, trying to dodge the emotional trap, tells Baa to focus on getting well first. Baa, however, is already planning the honeymoon (figuratively speaking) by asking for “good news” from Prem and Rahi. Someone hand this woman a chill pill.
The Guilt Trip Continues
Rahi foolishly tells Baa that Prem will stay with the Kotharis. Prem later confronts her, baffled by her sudden loyalty to Baa. Rahi justifies it by saying the Kotharis need them. Prem, reluctantly playing along, decides to stick around until Baa recovers. The Kotharis are ecstatic to see Prem, acting like he’s some kind of celebrity returning from exile.
Parag, never one to miss a blame game, accuses Rahi of dragging Prem back. Khyati, trying to be the peacekeeper, says everyone was waiting for Prem. Pakhi and Paritosh, the sarcastic duo, point out the obvious: no one can escape the emotional blackmail of elders. Leela, jumping on the bandwagon, urges Prem to stay. Baa, clearly operating on her own agenda, welcomes Prem and proudly announces that she’s arranged his room. Talk about premature hospitality.
Precap Madness
In the upcoming episode, Prem misses Rahi (because love triangles and longing looks are a must). Rahi, breaking all social norms, sneaks into Prem’s house like a lovestruck teenager. Baa, because her surveillance game is top-notch, catches them red-handed and immediately reports the scandal to Anupama. One can only imagine the storm brewing next.
Seriously, this family could give Game of Thrones a run for its money with their endless plotting and emotional warfare.
