Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua 3rd February 2025 Written Update. The episode begins with Shivani and Siddhant in the courtroom. Shivani informs the judge that Deepika has delivered twins, and Lavanya asks her to give one of the children away. Thappa begins accusing Shivani and Siddhant, but Siddhant becomes angry at Thappa and Chirag for misbehaving with his wife and sister. DM (District Magistrate) expresses his anger at both parties. Meanwhile, Ragini and Chandni decide to go to DM’s office to share their side of the story.
Thappa apologizes to DM and accuses Deepika of being a shameless woman who cheated on his client five years ago. Thappa argues that the children should stay with Chirag, as Deepika cannot provide them with a proper future. Chirag interrupts, demanding Thappa stop making baseless claims. Lavanya is in shock, realizing that Chirag has begun to cheat. She tells Neelima that she feels helpless because of Chirag, but Neelima encourages her to speak the truth to DM, as this is their only chance to bring Deepika back. Neelima also tells Lavanya that their family will always be incomplete without Deepika, and Lavanya seeks help from Thakur ji.
In a bid to keep their plans on track, Ragini and Chandni lock Baldev in a room and make their way to the magistrate’s office to meet their parents. Deepika’s lawyer urges DM to give justice to Deepika. Thappa demands to know Lavanya’s whereabouts, and she eventually arrives at DM’s office. In front of everyone, Lavanya confesses the truth and admits that she is also responsible for the situation and deserves to be punished. Chirag tries to blackmail Lavanya once more, but she stands firm, telling him to teach her a lesson. Lavanya asserts that Deepika deserves custody of the children. After hearing Lavanya’s statement, DM grants custody of Ragini and Chandni to Deepika, despite Thappa’s protests. Deepika hugs Lavanya in gratitude, thanking her for her support. She assures Lavanya that Chandu and Ragini will not be separated from her.
Chirag, however, approaches DM to challenge the decision, and he later arrives at the magistrate’s office, taking Ragini with him by force, pushing Lavanya aside. Deepika pleads for DM’s help, and DM issues a warning to Omkar. He orders the police to arrest Chirag if he does not return Ragini to Deepika.
Chirag locks Ragini in a room at home and refuses to open the door when everyone comes to knock. The police arrive to arrest Chirag for breaking the law and demand that he open the gate. Ragini tells Chirag she will not leave, and Chandu tells Deepika that he always wants to stay with both his parents. The police break the door down and demand Chirag return Ragini. Ashu tells the police that Chirag won’t harm the child and will return her. However, Chirag insists he will not return Ragini. As the police try to take Ragini by force, Deepika intervenes, stopping them from going further. Chirag accuses Deepika again, but the police forcefully take Ragini and return her to Deepika. Though the police are about to arrest Chirag, Deepika stops them and asks them to leave. The police leave Chirag, but after they go, he becomes enraged at Deepika. Neelima urges Deepika to leave, but Chirag vows to do anything to get his daughter back. Deepika reminds Chirag that he had filed the case, and now it was his loss.
