The episode begins with a tense confrontation between Arjun and Megha. Arjun coldly reminds Megha that she doesn’t understand what it means to lose a father—but she will soon. As officers drag Surendar out of the house, Megha frantically demands to know their destination. Arjun cryptically remarks that Surendar will face the same fate as KP and speeds off in his car.
Megha pleads with the officers, but they insist that Surendar is only being taken in for interrogation. Ranjeeta intervenes, assuring the officers that Surendar is innocent, but their pleas fall on deaf ears. As Megha receives a shocking phone call, Arjun vanishes from sight. Ranjeeta anxiously asks what happened, and Megha reveals that Kirpal has also been arrested.
Kirpal’s Arrest:
At the police station, Kirpal explains to his distressed family that a group of men deliberately provoked a fight with him in the market. When the chaos subsided, drugs were mysteriously found in his pocket, leading to his arrest. Kirpal vehemently denies ever using drugs, insisting that this was a setup.
Megha confronts the police inspector, accusing him of targeting her family because they dared to stand against KP. The inspector acknowledges her claim but advises her to prove their innocence if they truly have nothing to hide.
A Desperate Plea at the Talwar House:
Determined to seek justice, Megha storms into the Talwar residence. Shagun, visibly upset, questions Megha’s presence. Megha recounts how Arjun’s vendetta has torn her family apart and pleads with Shagun to stop him. However, Shagun reminds Megha of the false case that cost her husband his life and coldly dismisses her plea.
Navjot intervenes, berating Megha for entering the Talwar home uninvited. Navjot claims that Talwars have no ties with the Khuranas and orders Megha to leave. When Megha refuses, asserting her right as Arjun’s wife, Navjot angrily counters that this is her son’s house. A tense standoff ensues until Megha receives a call from Arjun, which she reluctantly answers.
Ranjeeta’s Integrity Questioned:
Later, Megha and Ranjeeta confront Arjun in his office. Arjun coldly instructs Ranjeeta to sign a register, informing her that she is under departmental investigation for corruption. He warns that she will lose her job if found guilty, urging her to prove her innocence. Ranjeeta signs the register silently and leaves.
Megha accuses Arjun of turning their professional conflict into a personal vendetta. Arjun unapologetically admits that this case is indeed personal for him. Despite Megha’s protests, he remains unyielding.
Arjun’s Emotional Breakdown:
Returning home, Arjun retreats to his study, haunted by memories of KP. He stares at their photo and reads KP’s suicide letter, drowning his sorrow in alcohol. Navjot watches helplessly from a distance.
Meanwhile, Surendar informs his family that the officers never questioned him during the interrogation. Ranjeeta concludes that Arjun’s actions are purely vengeful.
In a shocking twist, a drunken Arjun arrives at the Khurana household, visibly broken. Stumbling and tearful, he wipes Megha’s tears and greets the bewildered family. He admits that he tried to stay away from Megha but failed. His voice cracks as he confesses his loneliness and fear, lamenting KP’s absence. Arjun collapses onto the floor, begging Megha not to abandon him.
Goldie and Ranjeeta caution Megha to stay away from Arjun, but Megha sees his vulnerability and decides to help him. Ignoring their warnings, she takes Arjun to her room.
Navjot’s Fury:
Navjot storms into the room, demanding Arjun’s return. Megha stands her ground, declaring that Arjun is her husband, not just Navjot’s son. Her bold statement leaves Navjot speechless.
