Bhagya Lakshmi 7th February 2025 Written Update. Today in Bhagya Lakshmi, the episode begins with Shalu expressing her frustration to Lakshmi, insisting that she should be by Ayush’s side. Shalu reminds Lakshmi that Ayush is in this condition because of her. Lakshmi calmly tries to reassure Shalu, asking her to stay positive and believe that everything will turn out for the best. Shalu reluctantly agrees but mentions that she has good news to share, though she intends to reveal it only after Ayush regains consciousness.
Moments later, the nurse steps out of the operation theater. Anxious, Shalu rushes to ask about Ayush’s condition. The nurse grimly informs them that Ayush has lost a significant amount of blood and urgently requires a transfusion. The news leaves Shalu visibly distressed. Lakshmi tries to comfort her, urging her to stay strong for Ayush’s sake.
Soon after, Rishi and Malishka arrive at the hospital. Lakshmi updates Rishi about Ayush’s deteriorating condition. Deeply concerned, Rishi immediately steps in to inquire about the blood transfusion arrangements.
Meanwhile, Malishka notices Kiran nearby and approaches her. Kiran, who has been trying to reach Malishka, expresses her frustration about being ignored. However, she quickly shifts to an excited tone, claiming to have important news—Lakshmi will soon be out of Rishi’s life. Intrigued, Malishka listens as Kiran reveals details about Lakshmi’s secret deal with Neelam. Mid-conversation, Kiran suddenly spots Jaya at the hospital and makes a startling revelation—Lakshmi is pregnant. Malishka is left stunned by this revelation as Kiran drags her aside to discuss the matter further.
Elsewhere, Karishma contemplates revealing a critical truth to Rishi. However, Neelam intervenes, urging Karishma to hear her out first. Karishma agrees but insists that Neelam must also listen to her perspective. Neelam reluctantly agrees to the condition.
Back with Malishka, panic sets in as she wonders how Rishi will react upon learning about Lakshmi’s pregnancy. Her insecurities surface as she fears that Rishi might leave her for Lakshmi. Jaya confesses that she was bribed to prevent Garimacharya from revealing Lakshmi’s pregnancy to Neelam. She further reveals that she distracted Garimacharya by injuring Maya. Curious, Malishka asks how Garimacharya knew about the pregnancy. Jaya reveals that Garimacharya possesses the mystical ability to sense pregnancies simply by touch. Fascinated yet skeptical, Malishka asks if he can also determine the exact date of conception. Jaya confirms this, prompting Malishka to insist that Jaya take her to meet Garimacharya immediately.
Meanwhile, Neelam escorts Karishma into a room and makes a surprising promise—she will ensure that Ayush and Shalu are separated after their marriage. Karishma is left bewildered by Neelam’s sudden declaration. Before Karishma can react, Neelam locks her inside the room. Furious, Karishma makes a sharp remark about Neelam’s manipulative nature before cleverly managing to escape.
Turning the tables, Karishma locks Neelam inside the same room. She declares that Neelam will remain locked until she confesses everything to Rishi. Determined to reveal the truth, Karishma heads to find Rishi but is interrupted by the news that Ayush’s condition has worsened and he urgently needs blood.
Without hesitation, Lakshmi steps forward to donate her blood. As Ayush receives treatment, he briefly regains consciousness and calls for Karishma. She rushes to his side, speaking softly to comfort him before the doctor asks her to leave.
Meanwhile, Neelam manages to escape the locked room with the help of a nurse. Karishma, overwhelmed by Ayush’s fragile state, breaks down in tears. Rishi consoles her, assuring her that Ayush will pull through.
