Jhanak 7th February 2025 Written Update: Vihaan Proposes Marriage to Jhanak. The episode opens with the village head arriving with a group of villagers. He demands Vihaan to show his marriage certificate. Vihaan questions their interference in his personal life, but the village head asserts that he won’t let anyone ruin the village’s reputation. Ketki admits that a mistake has occurred and promises to rectify it.
Meanwhile, Aniruddh confronts Arshi, accusing her of ruining Jhanak and Vihaan’s peace. Arshi defends herself, insisting that the truth should be revealed and questions the legitimacy of Jhanak and Vihaan’s relationship.
Ketki directly asks Vihaan whether he married Jhanak. Before he can answer, Jhanak clarifies that no marriage took place. The village head is outraged, questioning how Vihaan could live with Jhanak without marriage. Vihaan recounts how he met Jhanak and brought her home, reminding Ketki that he didn’t even share a room with her. He reassures her that Jhanak will be leaving soon.
Ketki implies that Jhanak might be hiding from the police and accuses her of wrongdoing. She asserts that the family can manage without Jhanak and only needs to care for Ahaan. Priyanshi arrives and faces scolding from Ketki, but Praveen Kumar reveals that Priyanshi secured second place in a competition. Jhanak praises Priyanshi for her achievement.
Arshi seizes the opportunity to belittle Jhanak, declaring that she never accepted her as a sister. Hurt, Jhanak retorts that she has no desire for Arshi’s sisterly bond. She reiterates that her sole purpose for being there was to care for Ahaan and expresses her willingness to leave. The village head threatens to involve the police, but Praveen Kumar defends Jhanak, emphasizing her kindness and dedication to Ahaan. He even offers Jhanak a place in his home.
Vihaan declares that Jhanak is his responsibility and affectionately calls her “his Avni.” To everyone’s shock, he proposes marriage to Jhanak, insisting it’s not out of sympathy but genuine care. Aniruddh supports the idea, but Jhanak refuses his interference. She firmly states that missing Ahaan does not mean she will marry Vihaan.
When Ketki is asked if she would accept their marriage, she reluctantly agrees for the sake of family reputation. Prachi eagerly announces that marriage preparations will begin. However, Jhanak remains undecided and retreats to her room.
Aniruddh tries to convince Jhanak, assuring her that Vihaan will keep her happy. Arshi adds fuel to the conversation, hinting at Jhanak’s lingering feelings. Jhanak cryptically states that everyone will get their answers soon and walks away.
The next morning, Jhanak confides in Ahaan that she cannot marry Vihaan and must leave. She pens an emotional farewell letter for Vihaan but hesitates when called by Mehek. Despite persistent knocks from Prachi and Sejal, Jhanak finally emerges from the room, looking prepared for something significant.
