Dhruv, meanwhile, steps out for a phone call and asks Isha and her sisters to wait. Seizing the moment, Om approaches Isha with a rose in hand and a surprising apology. Isha, naturally skeptical, demands to know what new drama he’s pulling. Om insists he wants to bury the hatchet and move forward, claiming everything is “chill” between them now. He even offers to pay her bill as a peace offering.
But Isha stands her ground, making it clear she doesn’t want any connection with him. She asserts that she’s perfectly capable of handling her own expenses. Despite Om’s attempts to sway her, Isha firmly walks away. Unbothered, Om returns to his friends, encouraging them to indulge in whatever they want.
When Dhruv comes back, he snaps a candid photo of Isha and thanks her for attending the lunch. Isha acknowledges his genuine apology, admitting she doesn’t like dragging out conflicts. Dhruv, not missing a beat, cheekily suggests she start looking into honeymoon packages. Isha brushes it off, saying she’ll think about it.
Om’s friends enjoy their lavish meal and hand him ₹1000 collectively. Om cheerfully sends them off before making a sneaky move—telling Isha he’ll cover the bill but secretly instructing the manager to charge it to her instead. When Dhruv checks the bill, he’s shocked by the hefty amount. The manager explains that Isha agreed to pay for Om’s meal, leaving her fuming at his audacity.
Frustrated, Isha vents by ramming her car into Om’s bike before driving off. Om, unfazed, vows to settle the score. Gayatri, witnessing the chaos, warns that Isha will have to face consequences. As the lights suddenly come on, Om smugly remarks that they should’ve checked the switch first. Intrigued by Isha’s fiery personality, he asks Gayatri for her number, captivated by what he calls her “X factor.”
The next day, Isha faces a fresh wave of trouble when people start labeling her a thief. A traffic officer stops her car and points out graffiti reading “thief” on her number plate. Realizing Om is behind this childish prank, Isha begrudgingly pays the fine. Her day takes another strange turn when an elderly woman asks to use her phone to call her son. When Isha dials the number, guess who picks up? Om, of course. With a smug tone, he declares their score settled. Furious, Isha vows revenge, but Om smugly reminds her that he learned the lesson of “tit for tat” back in school and drives off, leaving her seething.

However, his employee warns him about the precarious financial situation, advising against taking on more debt. Isha overhears the conversation and sternly remarks that such recklessness is unfair.
