In Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha today, the episode begins with Chandan deciding to leave the gathering, determined to take the suitcase of gifts with him. However, Ranbir intervenes and stops him. Meher refuses to accept the gifts and urges Chandan to investigate the situation to identify the culprit. Chandan agrees to do so. Meghla shares her concerns with him, and Chandan offers her reassurance. As Chandan prepares to leave, Zoravar hurls insults at him, prompting Ranbir to step in and defend Chandan. Ranbir even offers to drop Chandan home, but Chandan firmly declines. Before departing, he requests Meher not to hold Meghla responsible for the incident. Meghla becomes emotional and breaks down in tears.
Back at Chandan’s house, he arrives in a furious state, demanding Mahua to open the suitcase immediately. Confused but compliant, Mahua agrees. Chandan also calls for Adrija, who gleefully assumes her plan has worked. As she joins them downstairs, Adrija feigns concern for Chandan, but he lashes out at her. Mahua, perplexed by Chandan’s outburst, questions him for an explanation. Chandan insists that opening the suitcase will reveal everything. When Mahua opens it, she is shocked to find old, tattered clothes instead of new ones. Chandan accuses Adrija of sabotage, but she plays innocent, claiming she was suffering from a stomach ache during the incident. Mahua supports Adrija’s alibi, confirming that she was resting at that time. Relieved, Adrija manages to dodge the accusations.
Meanwhile, Ranbir finds Meghla crying and offers her comfort. He admits he wasn’t pleased with her previous attitude toward Chandan. To make things right, Ranbir suggests buying new clothes for the family. Meghla hesitates, arguing that it’s unnecessary as Chandan will manage. Ranbir tries to convince her, but Meghla worries about the family’s reaction if they learn the truth. However, Ranbir successfully persuades her.
Back at the Sen household, Chandan continues to berate Adrija. She cleverly distracts her parents by suggesting the new clothes might still be in the house. Mahua tries to calm Chandan, urging him to believe Adrija. Adrija returns with clothes from inside, further manipulating the situation. Despite Mahua’s pleas, Chandan remains determined to confront the guests responsible for the mix-up. Adrija grows increasingly nervous.
At Ranbir’s residence, Meghla continues to oppose Ranbir’s plan to buy clothes, fearing her father’s disapproval. Ranbir reminds her of Balveer’s earlier advice and manages to convince her. The couple shares a warm hug, signaling Meghla’s acceptance of the plan.
Later, Ranbir’s cousins barge into their room, insisting on taking Meghla with them. Ranbir reveals his plan to take Meghla on a drive to cheer her up. The cousins approve of the idea and encourage Meghla to go. Simran advises Meghla to enjoy the drive.
At Chandan’s home, Mahua prevents him from calling the guests to confront them. Chandan breaks down, expressing his disbelief in Adrija’s innocence.
After the drive, Ranbir and Meghla return home. Balveer praises Ranbir’s thoughtful gesture, while Zoravar mocks him. Ranbir lies to the family, claiming Chandan sent new clothes. Everyone is surprised and questions why Chandan didn’t come inside. Ranbir fabricates excuses to cover his lie. Meghla becomes anxious and attempts to leave, but Meher stops her. Expressing remorse for her previous behavior toward Chandan, Meher resolves to call him, shocking both Ranbir and Meghla. Ranbir quickly suggests that Meher meet Chandan at his reception the next day. Meghla decides to inform Chandan about Ranbir’s plan to prevent further complications.
