Today in Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha written update, the episode begins with Simran confronting Adrija about bringing Ranbir and Meghla’s cake with a candle, despite clear instructions to the staff not to do so. Adrija, ever the master manipulator, feigns innocence and claims that she only wanted to do something sweet for Meghla to make her feel special. She even pretends to be concerned about Meghla’s well-being, but Simran is quick to assure her that Meghla is perfectly safe.

Simran then shifts her focus to Adrija’s health and inquires about her condition. Adrija assures everyone that she is fine, though Param cannot resist throwing an indirect taunt at her. This irks Adrija, and she immediately questions him. Before the argument escalates, Mahua arrives at the scene. Adrija, playing the victim card yet again, complains to Mahua about the allegations being hurled at her by Ranbir’s cousins. Without a second thought, Mahua rebukes the family members and tries to take Adrija away. However, Simran stops them and demands to know Adrija’s real intentions regarding Ranbir and Meghla. Adrija, maintaining her façade, claims she only wants them to be happy. She then brings up Zoravar’s job offer, subtly implying that if the family members continue to doubt her, she might have to turn it down. Mahua, seeing through her act, asserts that Adrija is capable enough to secure a job on her own.

Once again, Adrija switches tactics and plays the guilt card, lamenting that she unintentionally put Meghla’s life in danger. Simran patiently explains the reasons behind her questions and even apologizes if her interrogation hurt them. However, Mahua remains indifferent and insists on leaving with Adrija. Simran, still worried about the consequences had Ranbir not saved Meghla in time, tries to make Mahua see her point, but Mahua brushes her off.

Later that night, Ranbir visits Meghla and tenderly holds her hand. Meanwhile, Zoravar sits in his room, staring at photos of Meher and Ranbir. He seethes with bitterness, feeling betrayed by both of them. He laments that Meher chose Abin over him and that Ranbir defied him by marrying Meghla, someone he deems unworthy.

On the other hand, Ranbir, still shaken by the day’s events, confides in Meghla about his suspicions regarding Adrija. He refuses to believe that what happened was merely a coincidence. However, Meghla, naïve as ever, insists that Adrija has changed, especially since their marriage. Ranbir, though skeptical, says he wants to trust her judgment. To lighten the mood, he surprises Meghla with a ring and places it on her finger, making her happy.

In Zoravar’s room, his self-loathing reaches its peak. He convinces himself that even if he dies, no one will care. Resigned to his fate, he writes a suicide note, taking full responsibility for his decision. Meanwhile, Meghla, feeling guilty, apologizes to Ranbir for not having a gift for him. Ranbir reassures her that it is unnecessary. As they share a close moment, Ranbir’s meddlesome cousins eavesdrop outside their room. Arjun, feeling excluded, deliberately makes a noise, startling Ranbir and Meghla. Furious, Ranbir scolds his cousins and chases them away. When he turns back, he finds Meghla crying. She tearfully asks him what would happen if her real parents disapproved of him. Ranbir, ever the romantic, reassures her, saying,

“No one can ever separate me from you, Meghla. Not in this life, not in any life to come.”

Meanwhile, Zoravar, having taken the pills, falls unconscious.

Precap: Ranbir and his family are in shock after learning about Zoravar’s suicide attempt. Ranbir reads a letter in which Zoravar blames his marriage to Meghla for his despair. Amarjeet and Meher, unable to contain their grief, lash out at Meghla, holding her responsible for Zoravar’s condition.

Analysis:

1. Adrija’s Never-Ending Drama: This woman deserves an award for her consistent victim-playing and manipulation skills. From fake concern to crocodile tears, she switches personas faster than a chameleon changes colors. The way she keeps pulling Mahua into her mess is truly something to behold.
2. Meghla’s Blind Trust: Meghla needs a reality check ASAP. How can she still believe that Adrija has changed? This is the same woman who repeatedly plotted against her! Someone give this girl a wake-up call before she ends up walking into another one of Adrija’s traps.
3. Zoravar’s Over-The-Top Melodrama: Bro, calm down! No one in the family is plotting against you. Your self-pity and dramatic breakdowns are exhausting. Instead of writing suicide notes, maybe try some self-reflection or therapy?
4. Ranbir’s Cousins – The Nosy Squad: If there’s one thing they love more than gossip, it’s invading Ranbir and Meghla’s privacy. Maybe they should find a hobby that doesn’t involve eavesdropping on other people’s personal moments.
