Ranjeeta admits she did not notice it. Megha insists that Mukta cannot be trusted, reminding Ranjeeta how Mukta accused her the previous day but is now trying to befriend her. Ranjeeta starts to agree with Megha’s suspicion. Megha then brings up the kerosene can, asking who placed it there.
Ranjeeta concludes that Mukta must have deliberately placed the kerosene can to frame Megha. Megha, now convinced, claims that Mukta orchestrated the fire to gain an opportunity to stay in Arjun’s house. Ranjeeta calls Mukta cunning and suspects she has a bigger motive. She urges Megha to go to Talwar House at any cost to protect Arjun.
Later, Megha infiltrates Talwar House disguised as a nurse. Introducing herself as Meenu, she tells Navjot that the hospital sent her to care for Arjun after he went missing from their facility. When she asks for Arjun’s room, Navjot directs her upstairs. Shagun questions Navjot about the nurse’s sudden arrival, and Navjot decides to investigate further.

Later, Mukta enters Arjun’s room and orders the nurse to leave. Before Megha can react, Navjot arrives, revealing that she spoke to the hospital. Arjun, tired of the commotion, asks what happened. Navjot announces that the hospital has no record of sending a nurse and that she personally confirmed this with the head doctor.
