Udne Ki Aasha 12th February 2025 Written Update. Today in Udne Ki Aasha written update, the episode opens with Sayali and Sachin’s friends discussing a surprise gift for Sachin – a car. Sayali is determined to bring back her husband’s car and approaches Anish for help in arranging a second-hand car. They visit a showroom, and Sayali picks one out, but the manager demands a down payment of two lakh fifty thousand rupees. Unfortunately, Sayali is short by forty thousand rupees. Despite Anish offering to lend a helping hand, Sayali refuses, wanting to buy the car on her own without financial assistance.
In search of a solution, Sayali calls her sister Juhi for advice. Juhi suggests borrowing the money from their neighbor. Sayali agrees and decides to follow her sister’s recommendation.
Meanwhile, Roshni is increasingly frustrated with the attention Riya is receiving from her mother-in-law, who seems to prioritize Riya over her. Roshni vents her frustrations to her friends. Later, Tejas visits the beauty parlour owned by Roshni but is taken aback to find that the name of the parlour has been changed. It was previously named after his mother, but now it bears a new name. Tejas questions Roshni about the change, prompting Roshni to offer some vague and false reasons.
Keshav, a neighbor of Sayali, comes to visit her to give the money Sayali needs. However, when he meets Renuka, she dismisses him without much regard. After Keshav leaves, Renuka learns that Sayali is borrowing money from him and becomes suspicious. Renuka confronts Sayali about this, but Sayali remains tight-lipped.
In a bid to cover her tracks, Roshni tells Tejas that they can make extra profit if they hand over the beauty parlour to a private company. Tejas, excited by the prospect of more money, plans to share this idea with his family. However, Renuka, seeing through the façade, becomes angry when she finds out that Roshni has changed the name of the beauty parlour, which had originally been named after her. Roshni, attempting to salvage the situation, tries to justify the change with more fabricated explanations.
Back at home, Paresh and Sachin make fun of Renuka for losing her vanity, which adds to her frustration. Though Renuka doesn’t express her anger openly in front of others, she appreciates Roshni’s initiative in her own way. Later, Renuka confronts Roshni privately and, in an outburst of anger, demands that she revert the parlour’s name to its original form. Roshni, now not willing to take any more insults, reminds Renuka that she already repaid the money she owed. The episode concludes with Renuka shocked by Roshni’s newfound assertiveness. Renuka rebukes Roshni, and threatens to show a scary avatar if Roshni hides anything further. Roshni gets tensed as she is hiding big secrets from Tejas and Renuka.

Sayali’s financial independence stance is admirable, but her unwillingness to accept help feels like a forced plot device. She’s going all out for a surprise, which is sweet, but this “I don’t need help” attitude seems a bit too stiff. Why not just take the loan and ease things up? It’s not like she’s asking for an extravagant gift, just a car to make her husband happy.

Roshni’s act of changing the name of the beauty parlour is a classic case of “I’ll do what I want and blame it on business.” Changing the name without consulting her family is a huge power move, but the absurdity of the excuses she gives to Tejas, like “extra profits,” is borderline laughable. Maybe she thought Tejas wouldn’t catch on, but Renuka certainly wasn’t fooled.

Renuka’s reaction to the change in the parlour’s name is too dramatic. She’s a woman of pride, but the way she goes on about the name being taken away from her just felt over the top. Seriously, it’s just a name – the family still knows it’s yours, right?

The scene where Renuka and Roshni clash over the parlour’s name shows us that the writers are trying to ramp up tension, but it could have been a little more nuanced. Renuka should have been less of a tyrant, and Roshni should have been a little less smug with her responses. That entire room confrontation felt like a showdown that was not as intense as it was hyped to be.
