Today in Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile Written Update, Raghav tells Reet that they are friends from now on, but their conversation is interrupted when Divya calls Raghav away. Meanwhile, a servant informs Reet that a girl is shouting from the outhouse. Reet rushes to check and finds the door locked from the outside.
Inside, Pooja realizes that escaping through the window is her only option. She jumps but loses consciousness upon landing. When Reet finally gets inside, she finds Pooja unconscious on the ground and calls for Raghav.
Raghav and others arrive, and Reet explains that someone locked Pooja inside, forcing her to jump. Raghav and Reet take Pooja to the hospital.
Sharda, suspicious of Unnati, demands to know the truth. Unnati confesses that Pooja had been blackmailing her for ₹50 lakh, later increasing the demand to ₹80 lakh. Frustrated, Unnati locked her inside. Sharda realizes that Pooja was extorting money.
Raghav and Reet inform Sharda and Unnati that Pooja is in a coma due to excessive blood loss. Raghav warns that the police will investigate the matter. Reet starts suspecting who could be responsible, but Sharda shuts her down, telling her to act as a supportive sister-in-law instead of a detective.
That night, Unnati has a nightmare about getting arrested, with Pooja testifying against her. She wakes up in panic, and Dhruv notices her distress.
Meanwhile, Reet is still lost in thought over the mystery. Raghav notices her tension and picks a playful fight with her to distract her. She later realizes his intention and thanks him, to which he gives a witty reply.

Later, Raghav calls Reet while she’s at the office, but she lies and says she’s at home. He asks her to check a file number and call him back. Reet rushes home, finds the file, and calls him. Raghav scolds her jokingly for taking 20 minutes, teasing that she could’ve reached his office instead. Reet playfully argues back, and Raghav realizes she had lied earlier.
Meanwhile, Poonam secretly buys herbal medicine for conception from a street vendor. Just then, Reet bumps into her.
