Udne Ki Aasha 17th February 2025 Written Update

Udne Ki Aasha 17th February 2025 Written Update. Today in Udne Ki Aasha written update, the episode opens with Sayali asking her husband, Sachin, if he likes the car she gifted him. Sachin is overwhelmed and speechless, unable to express his gratitude. They go for a long drive, and Sachin is so happy that he becomes silent, just soaking in the moment. Sayali, motivated by the desire to make him proud, encourages him to buy something for her in return. Sachin stops at a shop, buys a floral garland, and places it on Sayali’s head, which makes her happy.

Tejas, meanwhile, is given the option to join the family business but is more focused on securing a job in Canada for which he needs 14 lakh rupees. His father gets irritated by Tejas’s casual attitude, comparing him to Sachin, who is working hard to build his business. However, Renuka is blind to Tejas’s flaws and supports him. Paresh urges Tejas to look for another job.

Roshni returns home with a saree and lies to Renuka, claiming it was a gift from her uncle in Dubai. Renuka is thrilled with the saree and heads to the kitchen.

Sachin and Sayali visit a shop to get their names written on the back of the car. When they return home, Sachin can’t contain his excitement and drags his father outside to show the car. The family is surprised and happy, but Renuka and Roshni feel jealous when they realize Sayali bought the car for Sachin. Renuka questions how Sayali could afford a second-hand car, and Sachin explains that Sayali earned a good profit from her flower shop. Riya appreciates Sayali’s courage.

Later, Renuka talks to Roshni in private, expressing amazement at Sayali’s success and hard work. She manipulates Roshni, comparing her to Sayali and urging her to do something for Tejas. Renuka feels that Tejas has the potential to do something extraordinary but is being held back. She asks Roshni to talk to her father about starting a business for Tejas. Renuka wants to take the matter up with her own father and uncle, but Roshni steps in and manages the situation.

Roshni, feeling the pressure from Renuka, tries to find out more about Sayali’s financial sources. She’s weighed down by the growing tension from Renuka’s demands.

Insights:
This episode brings out the contrast between the hardworking and self-sufficient Sayali and the entitled, carefree Tejas. Sayali’s efforts and her ability to surprise Sachin with a thoughtful gift demonstrate her determination to make things work for her family. On the other hand, Tejas’s arrogance and sense of entitlement create friction with his father, who wants him to focus on earning rather than relying on external sources like a potentially fraudulent job in Canada. The way Renuka blindly supports Tejas while criticizing Roshni for not doing enough for her son highlights the toxic family dynamics at play.

Roshni’s insecurities and her desire to avoid confrontation with her family come to the forefront, adding to the tension of the episode. Her attempts to manage the situation while feeling pressured by her mother to help Tejas show her internal struggle.

Udne Ki Aasha 17th February 2025 Episode Review:
The episode shines when it contrasts the hardworking and grounded characters like Sayali with the lazy and entitled ones like Tejas. Sayali’s genuine care for Sachin and her ability to take charge of their lives really stands out, while Tejas’ naivety and Renuka’s unhealthy support system add layers of drama. The jealousy between the women (Renuka and Roshni vs. Sayali) adds spice, though Renuka’s character could use some fresh motivations rather than just blindly defending her son. Roshni’s internal conflict about Renuka’s pressures and Sayali’s success adds some much-needed depth.

The episode could have cut down on some unnecessary interactions, like the extended sequence of Sachin showing off his car—sure, it’s cute, but we get it, he’s happy! The rest of the family’s reactions to Sayali’s success offer more meaningful drama.

  • Sachin’s “speechless happiness” moment while receiving the car –  Sachin, you are so adorable. A simple “thank you” would’ve sufficed.
  • Tejas thinking he can waltz into a high-paying job in Canada with a simple transaction of 14 lakh rupees – maybe he’s living in a Bollywood movie where everything is bought and sold with money, no questions asked?
  • Renuka, ever the supportive mother, literally setting up Roshni to do the heavy lifting for Tejas’s career. Maybe if she spent less time comparing her kids to others, she might realize Tejas isn’t the gem she thinks he is.

Best Dialogue:
Tejas to his father: “I’ll get the job in Canada with 14 lakh rupees.” – What a line. It’s like saying, “I’ll buy a unicorn with some magic beans.” If only life were that simple, Tejas.

Rating: 4.5/5 – Solid character development and family tension, but a bit too much of the same old drama.
