Not one to be left out, Lakshmi is busy handling the decorations and then stealthily tailing Malishka in an auto to City Hospital, her suspicions bubbling beneath the surface. As the chaos unfolds, family members like Kiran, Anushka, and even Balwinder add their own quirky flavors to the mix—each with a secret or a grudge of their own. Anushka’s simmering resentment over past slights and a conspiracy brewing between Neel and Ayush hint at bigger storms on the horizon.

Neel, disguised as a delivery boy, manages to enter the house and directly addresses Shalu by her name. Startled, Shalu questions how he knows her name and demands to know his identity. Neel cryptically responds, “I have a message for you—don’t marry Ayush, or you’ll regret it.” Before she can react, Neel swiftly escapes. Alarmed, Shalu immediately calls Ayush but is left wondering about the identity of the person who sent Neel to scare her. She begins suspecting Anushka, believing that she could be behind this intimidation attempt.
At the same time, Malishka contacts Balwinder and arranges a meeting with him. When Balwinder arrives, the doctor also makes an appearance and questions Malishka about why she missed her appointment the previous day. Anxious about the baby’s health, Balwinder hurriedly asks the doctor if everything is fine. However, the doctor, noticing his concern, turns to him and asks who he is. Caught off guard, Balwinder stammers, trying to come up with an answer, and blurts out that he’s the baby’s… before trailing off. The doctor, puzzled, looks at Malishka and asks, “But you told me Rishi is the baby’s father, didn’t you?” Malishka is left speechless, realizing how dangerously close the truth is to being exposed.
Meanwhile, Anushka eagerly awaits Neel’s return, hoping to hear about his encounter with Shalu. However, when the doorbell rings, she is shocked to see Shalu standing at her doorstep instead. At the same time, Ayush and Rishi enter the meeting room and begin their business discussion. Anushka, sensing tension, demands to know why Shalu is here. Shalu, smirking, replies that she came to befriend her. Anushka, irritated, assumes that Shalu must be scared of Neel and has come looking for answers. However, Shalu cleverly twists the conversation, realizing the truth and remarking, “So, Neel came to threaten me? Thanks for confirming that.” Anushka, now cornered, warns Shalu to stay out of her way, but Shalu refuses to back down.
Back at the hospital, Malishka, in a desperate attempt to cover up the situation, lies to the doctor and claims that Balwinder’s real name is actually Rishi. Just as she tries to control the situation, her mother, Kiran, calls and informs Malishka that she is on her way to the hospital to be by her side. Panicking, Malishka quickly reassures Kiran that she is perfectly fine and insists that there is no need for her to come. Kiran, although unconvinced, agrees but advises Malishka to stop worrying about Balwinder, promising that she will handle him herself. Malishka, feeling increasingly frustrated, internally acknowledges that Balwinder is becoming more of a liability than she had anticipated.
Meanwhile, Shalu turns the tables on Anushka and sarcastically thanks her for being so awful, saying that her bitter nature actually helped bring her closer to Ayush and his family. Delighted, Shalu announces that she and Ayush are getting engaged today and even extends an invitation to Anushka, knowing it will infuriate her. Anushka, outraged, snatches the invitation and tears it to pieces, screaming, “How dare you?” Shalu, unaffected, remains firm and warns Anushka to stay away from her engagement, making it clear that she is no longer afraid of her threats.
At the same time, Lakshmi catches sight of Malishka entering the hospital and immediately becomes suspicious. She tries to follow her inside, but a security guard stops her, informing her that she cannot enter without an appointment. Determined to find out the truth, Lakshmi comes up with a plan and disguises herself as a doctor. Wearing a white coat, a stethoscope, and a face mask, she successfully sneaks inside the hospital.
Inside the doctor’s cabin, Balwinder is asked if he is ready to see the baby’s movements. Growing emotional, he nods eagerly as the sonogram video plays in front of him. Seeing his reaction, Malishka becomes uneasy, realizing that Balwinder is becoming too emotionally invested in the baby. As the doctor encourages Balwinder to hold Malishka’s hand for support, he does so willingly, while Malishka struggles to hide her frustration.
Unaware of the truth, Lakshmi observes the scene through the glass window. From her angle, she sees someone holding Malishka’s hand and assumes it must be Rishi. Heartbroken and feeling betrayed, she immediately calls him. Rishi, still in the middle of his meeting, declines her call. Growing more suspicious, Lakshmi calls again, this time on video. Unable to ignore it any longer, Rishi steps out to answer. The moment he picks up, Lakshmi accuses him of lying. Confused by her accusation, Rishi turns his camera to show her the meeting room, proving that he has been there the entire time.
Shocked by this revelation, Lakshmi realizes that someone other than Rishi is with Malishka in the doctor’s cabin. As the truth dawns on her, she is left in complete shock.
