Without hesitation, Ashok points towards Yuvraj, causing tension in the courtroom.
Anjali then argues that Padma was intoxicated when she consumed the drink, which rendered her incapable of making conscious decisions. She boldly claims that, under these circumstances, the marriage is invalid. Raghav quickly counters her argument, insisting that the marriage was legal and requesting the judge’s permission to present video evidence of Yuvraj and Padma’s wedding. Anjali, however, is prepared and challenges him, stating that he only possesses an edited version, whereas she has the unaltered raw footage that tells the full story.
Determined to strengthen her case, Anjali seeks the judge’s permission to summon Raju as a witness. The judge grants her request, and Yuvraj becomes visibly anxious, fearing that Raju might expose the truth.
When Raju takes the stand, Anjali questions him about his relationship with Yuvraj. Raju responds that they share a close bond, akin to family. Anjali then asks why he was tasked with filming the wedding instead of a professional videographer. Raju hesitates, unable to answer.
Sensing an opportunity, Raghav objects, accusing Anjali of creating unnecessary drama and wasting the court’s time. However, the judge overrules his objection, allowing Anjali to continue.
Anjali then makes a shocking revelation, asserting that Yuvraj and Chandraman had deliberately instructed Raju to film the wedding in a misleading way to make it seem as though Padma left her home willingly in the bridal lehenga. She further claims to have raw footage proving that Padma was drugged, intoxicated, and manipulated into participating in the marriage.
Raghav, unwilling to back down, dismisses Anjali’s claims as baseless accusations. However, Anjali stands her ground, confident in her evidence. She then makes a surprising move, requesting the judge’s permission to call her next witness: Gini Singh Rajput.
As Gini steps into the witness box, Raghav is left stunned. Anjali asks her to state her full name, and Gini confidently replies, “Gini Singh Rajput.”
