Kumkum Bhagya 1st March 2025 Written Update: Prarthna’s Rescue Tale. Today in Kumkum Bhagya written update, the episode begins with Raunak calling Harsh and asking him why he looks disturbed. Harsh attempts to discuss the matter of the donation with Raunak, but before he can explain, Raunak receives a call. Harsh tells him to take the call, and Raunak insists they will talk about it later before leaving.
Meanwhile, Kinjal confides in Baa, expressing her despair. She says that she once considered herself rich, but now she feels like the poorest person. She explains that her son, Harsh, is in such a dire situation that he is considering taking a loan from his own family. Baa responds coldly, saying that she could have spoken up for Kinjal and Harsh, but she chose not to because of Kinjal’s past mistakes.
The scene shifts to Prarthna, who is in a room with a smoke alarm. She devises a plan to escape by starting a small fire, knowing that the alarm will activate and summon the fire brigade. Her plan works as the smoke alarm starts blaring. As she hears approaching footsteps, she quickly hides under a table. The modelling agency boss enters the room, and Prarthna gets a glimpse of his shoes. Before she can act, his driver arrives and escorts him away.
Meanwhile, the manager of the modelling agency threatens the girls, making sure they do not attempt to escape. Prarthna, however, seizes an opportunity and attacks the manager, striking him on the back of the head. With the manager incapacitated, she helps Gayatri escape. As they flee, Prarthna notices the boss leaving in his car, but she has no time to pursue him.
Back at home, Kinjal questions Baa about what mistake she made in the past that prevents Baa from standing up for her now. Baa reminds her that she went against the family’s wishes when she married Hetan. She also recalls that Smita had advised Kinjal against the marriage, warning that Hetan was not settled in life. Baa adds that they were proven right in the end. Kinjal responds bitterly, reminding Baa that she was happy when Kinjal arrived at the house with her family. Baa dismisses her argument and tells her to wait a few more days, promising that money will be arranged for Harsh.

Back at home, Prarthna brings Gayatri back and is furious at her. She slaps her and scolds her for going to the modelling agency instead of the coaching center. She demands to know why she did such a reckless thing. Gayatri, in tears, explains that she saw Prarthna crying the previous night and wanted to help her financially, so she went to the modelling agency to earn some money.
Hearing this, Prarthna softens but tells Gayatri that this is not the right way to help her. She urges Gayatri to focus on her studies and work towards their shared dream of building a better life. Gayatri, however, begs Prarthna not to tell their parents about what happened. Prarthna refuses, saying she will not hide such an important matter from them.
Soon after, Seema returns home. Prarthna tells her about Gayatri’s actions and the events at the modelling agency. As Seema listens, she suddenly loses consciousness and collapses. Prarthna and Gayatri panic, fearing that Seema has suffered a heart attack after hearing the shocking truth. They quickly sprinkle water on her face, trying to wake her up. When Seema finally regains consciousness, they help her sit on the sofa, still deeply worried about her condition.
Meanwhile, Ketki takes Payal to meet Smita. Ketki informs Smita that Payal wants to apologize for her past behavior and promises to make an effort to impress Raunak. Payal agrees and makes a comment to support her claim. Ketki then requests Smita to speak to Raunak about Payal. Smita agrees to do so.
The episode ends with Prarthna and Gayatri anxiously tending to Seema, who is still recovering from the shock.
