YRKKH 2nd March 2025 Written Update: Armaan’s Wise Choice. Today in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai written update, Armaan stuns Kaveri by choosing Shivani over the Poddar legacy. The Episode starts with Kaveri shouting at Armaan and asking him not to blame Vidya. She counts her favors on Armaan. She tries to shut him up. He asks her to count all of her favors if she started doing so. He gets the toffee jar. He says that she has trained him to feel better by giving him a toffee. He adds that he had always kept the toffee wrappers safe. He feels her love was fake, as she never loved him. He is hurt to know that she dropped him off at the orphanage. He says that she always made him remember her favors. He doesn’t want to live in fear of losing the family. The family feels Armaan’s pain and cries.
Armaan tells Kaveri that she never accepted him as family. He vents out his frustration. He tells that he is fed up making his place in the family. He drops the toffee wrappers. He states that he is ending their ties today. Kaveri and Vidya can’t believe it. Armaan asks Kaveri to keep her so-called love and blessings with her. He refuses to accept the two selfish women he loved so much in his life. Kaveri and Vidya act numb. Shivani, Madhav and Abhira worry for Armaan. Armaan calls Kaveri his enemy.
He gets angry on Kaveri and Vidya. He tells that nobody really cared for him. He calls them selfish to think of their family respect and relationships. He asks why didn’t they think of his emotions. He accuses them for cheating, using and manipulating him. He feels Kaveri and Vidya never truly accepted him as family. He tells Vidya that he keeps Abhira and Vidya’s pictures in his wallet. He cries stating that Kaveri always instilled the fear in his mind about losing Vidya.
He feels so unfortunate that Vidya is his mother. He asks Vidya how could she let him suffer if she really loved him. He judges Vidya and calls her the worst mother. He tells her that she has changed the definition of a mother by her mean acts. Rohit, Ruhi, Manisha and others cry. Armaan tells that he was never a son for Vidya, since she has used him to stop Madhav in her life. Vidya claims to love Armaan.
Further in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai written update, Armaan reminds Vidya her mistakes. He tells that she has always asked him a price for her motherly love. He tries to tear the picture, but fails. He lectures Vidya. He calls her a mean person. He doesn’t want to sell out his heart for selfish people. Vidya weeps. Kaveri tells that Armaan can’t hate Vidya, Vidya will remain his mother, and Shivani will go back to the ashram. Armaan refuses to let Shivani go away. He tells that Shivani is his mother. Vidya reattempts to emotionally influence Armaan.
Kaveri asks Armaan to choose between Shivani and Poddar family. She threatens to oust him from the family and legal firm. She tells that he has to leave Poddar name if he chooses Shivani. Madhav asks Shivani to stay back and let Armaan decide. Armaan agrees to leave everything. He shocks Kaveri by making a wise choice. Kaveri turns shameless and asks for Armaan and Abhira’s diamond-studded engagement rings. Armaan and Abhira return the rings. He chooses Shivani. He tells that he has Shivani and Abhira with him. He doesn’t want to stay with the family. Rohit asks Armaan not to leave.
Armaan asks him not to stop him back, since Abhira and he have made enough efforts. He feels he can’t forget the cheat, lies and insults. He asks Abhira if she will stand by him in his tough journey. Abhira holds his hand and commits to support him. Later, Abhira arranges a house for them, but Armaan doesn’t like the locality and scary looking house. She comforts him with an assurance that she will turn that house into their happy home. Armaan and Abhira’s real struggles begin.
