Kumkum Bhagya 7th March 2025 Written Update: High Drama. Today in Kumkum Bhagya written update, the episode opens with Prarthna trying to call out for Raunak, hoping he will hear her. However, Vihaan’s goons intervene, muffling her voice and dragging her away before she can get his attention. Raunak senses something unusual and briefly feels as if he heard Prarthna’s voice, but he dismisses the thought when he fails to find her. Unaware of her presence, he eventually leaves the scene. Prarthna, however, manages to break free from the goons’ grasp and, in her desperation, sneaks into Raunak’s house, determined to reach him.
Meanwhile, in another part of the house, Payal is seen pouring gasoline over herself, preparing for an extreme step. Just as she is about to act, Ketki arrives and slaps her, demanding to know if she has lost her senses. Ketki questions Payal about her drastic behavior and urges her to explain what she is trying to achieve. Payal, in tears, asks Ketki why she won’t speak to Raunak on her behalf. She expresses her deep frustration over Raunak’s mistreatment of her, stating that she no longer wishes to be with him.
Ketki, however, is unsympathetic and gives Payal a harsh reality check. She points out that Payal’s extravagant lifestyle is beyond her means and reminds her that all her credit cards are maxed out. Ketki reveals that Payal has been recklessly spending money, amounting to lakhs every month, a financial burden that no one except Raunak and his wealthy family can sustain. She further reveals that Payal’s own father has cut her off financially, leaving her with no other options.
Ketki challenges Payal’s suicide attempt, bluntly telling her that she knows Payal too well and that this is merely a dramatic act. She dares Payal to go ahead and pour the gasoline on herself if she is truly serious. However, Ketki quickly shifts gears and advises Payal to be strategic—she insists that Payal must do whatever it takes to marry Raunak. If she truly dislikes him, Ketki suggests that she can divorce him later and secure a large alimony, ensuring her lavish lifestyle is maintained. Unbeknownst to them, Karthik is eavesdropping on their conversation. Alarmed by what he hears, he rushes to inform Raunak.
At the same time, Vihaan’s goon sneaks into Raunak’s house in search of Prarthna. His suspicious presence does not go unnoticed, and Raunak confronts him, demanding to know who he is. Thinking quickly, the goon lies, claiming to be a waiter. Meanwhile, Karthik arrives, desperate to tell Raunak about the explosive conversation he overheard between Payal and Ketki. However, because Karthik has only partially heard the discussion, his explanation is disjointed and confusing, preventing Raunak from fully understanding the gravity of the situation. Distracted, Raunak dismisses Karthik and leaves.
Elsewhere in the house, Vihaan’s goon notices an actual waiter and seizes the opportunity. He knocks the waiter unconscious and disguises himself in his uniform, continuing his search for Prarthna undetected.
As all this unfolds, a new conflict arises when Hitesh and his family arrive at Raunak’s house. Hitesh, seeking reconciliation, greets Baa with respect, but she remains cold and distant. She immediately questions his intentions, demanding to know why he has come with his family. Hitesh attempts to soften her stance by reminding her that Sneha is like a daughter to her, hoping to reignite old familial bonds.
However, Baa is unmoved and reminds Hitesh of his past misdeeds. She accuses him of being responsible for his own father’s death. She recounts how he had conspired with her brother-in-law to embezzle funds from their business, leading to a massive betrayal. When the truth was exposed, instead of atoning for his actions, Hitesh demanded a partition in their family property, a move that deeply distressed his father and ultimately caused him to suffer a fatal heart attack.
Attempting to make amends, Hitesh expresses his regret and apologizes for his past mistakes. But his plea falls on deaf ears. Baa, still harboring immense resentment, slaps him and declares that she will never forgive the man responsible for her husband’s death. Kranti and Devang support Baa’s sentiments and also demand that Hitesh leave the house. Humiliated and dejected, Hitesh and his family have no choice but to depart.
Once they leave, Smita takes it upon herself to rid the house of any negative energy left behind. She instructs Shubhvi to cleanse the entire house and sprinkle Gangajal everywhere, believing that a sinner like Hitesh has tainted their sacred home with his presence.
Back inside, Vihaan’s goon finally locates Prarthna and corners her in a room. With no immediate escape, Prarthna finds herself trapped, and the tension escalates as she prepares to confront her captor.
