The episode begins with Rishi expressing his deep anguish to Ayush, confessing that he cannot bear to see Lakshmi in such a critical condition. Despite her suffering, Lakshmi still asks him not to cry, which makes it even harder for Rishi to control his emotions. He pleads with Neelam to do something to save Lakshmi before storming out of the room in despair. Seeing Rishi in such distress, Daadi follows him, hoping to console him and offer some support.

Meanwhile, Balwinder and Kiran sneak into the basement CCTV room with the intention of erasing any evidence that could implicate them. As they search for the CCTV footage, Balwinder suddenly hears a noise. Kiran quickly suggests that they steal the hard drive to prevent anyone from discovering the truth. Just as Balwinder steps outside to investigate the sound, he comes face-to-face with Shalu. Although separated by a mirror, Shalu spots him and calls out his name. Panicking, Balwinder immediately rushes back inside the CCTV room, fearing that he will get caught.

Elsewhere, Aanchal and others decide that the best course of action is to involve the police to track down the culprit.
