Jhanak 20th March 2025 Written Update: Jhanak’s Arrest. Today in Jhanak written update, the episode begins with Shubh telling Arshi that he wants her to file a case against Jhanak. Tanuja says they waited for Arshi to recover enough to discuss this. Arshi expresses her belief that Anirudh doesn’t love her or the baby. Shubh insists that Jhanak is manipulating Anirudh for his sympathy. Tanuja agrees, saying Jhanak’s presence disrupted everything between Anirudh and Arshi.
Arshi confesses she doesn’t trust Shrishti, and Vinayak refuses to get involved. Shubh accuses Vinayak of being partial towards Jhanak. Arshi asserts her determination to prove she is the best. Tanuja supports her, stating that the police will conduct a proper investigation. Shubh agrees, and Arshi requests their company to the police station. Shubh suggests they keep their visit confidential and leads the way.
Meanwhile, Choton shares his sympathy for Laal with Mrinalini. Mrinalini expresses her wish for Bipasha to stay, hoping for her reform. Choton doubts Bipasha’s willingness to change. Jhimli enters, teasing Choton about pretending to study. She then reminds Mrinalini about the promise to open a music school.
Mrinalini asks Jhimli to wait for a while longer. Frustrated, Jhimli questions why she should wait and whether she should start searching for students herself. She voices her doubts about Mrinalini’s commitment. Choton assures Jhimli that he will help her establish the music school. Jhimli then wonders if Bipasha will be leaving the house. She regrets not having a music school earlier, thinking it could have prevented Jhanak from interfering. Mrinalini tries to calm Jhimli, telling her not to worry about Laal and Bipasha.
Jhimli advises Choton to pass his exams to avoid bringing disgrace to Mrinalini. Choton assures her he understands and won’t give anyone a reason to complain. Jhimli suggests he take responsibility for the music school. Mrinalini and Choton become emotional.
At the police station, Shubh introduces Arshi to the inspector, accusing Jhanak of negligence leading to Arshi’s baby’s death. He narrates how Jhanak entered their lives and disrupted their happiness. Arshi confirms that Jhanak was the only one present on the day of her delivery. Tanuja adds that Arshi’s pregnancy was complicated from the start.
Shubh blames Jhanak for not informing them when the doctor decided to proceed with Arshi’s surgery. He claims they only learned about the baby’s death upon arrival at the hospital. Tanuja further accuses Jhanak of falsely implicating Omkar and Sarika. The inspector questions the motive behind Jhanak’s actions. Tanuja alleges that Jhanak sought control over Anirudh. Arshi demands a thorough investigation and justice. The inspector assures them he will try his best and instructs Shubh to fill out the necessary forms. He also inquires about Anirudh’s stance, to which Arshi dismisses his opinion as irrelevant.
Back at the Bose house, Jhimli announces her decision to open a music school. Arshi taunts that Jhimli should come to her mother’s house to fulfill her dreams. Lalon reminds Arshi that Jhimli has ownership rights over the house as well. Mocking Arshi, he asks if she has forgotten this fact. Arshi, annoyed, instructs Anjana to send her food upstairs. Anjana insists that Arshi should come down for meals. Arshi retorts that they have maids like Jhanak for such tasks.
Suddenly, the police arrive, shocking everyone. Jhimli questions their presence. The inspector declares they are there to arrest Jhanak. Shubh points her out. Stunned, Jhanak questions the reason for her arrest. Anirudh steps in to defend her. Arshi accuses him of only caring about Jhanak. Jhanak pleads with Arshi to reconsider. Tanuja reminds Jhanak that Anirudh is Arshi’s husband. Jhanak fires back, saying the marriage only happened because of her sacrifice.
Arshi takes it further, insinuating that Jhanak might have stolen and sold her baby. Anirudh demands that Arshi stop her baseless accusations. Arshi, however, refuses to listen, adamant about seeing Jhanak punished. Anirudh objects, but Arshi is resolute, vowing to ensure Jhanak’s downfall.
